Awesome brewery. Great beers and service!
The beer was good. The service was average. No one waiting tables. You have to stand in line to get a brew. The food wasn’t good. I ordered 6 wings. They were over priced, ($12), came out cold, and they weren’t spicy despite being the hottest one on the menu. ??♂️
Some great beers here, especially if you like IPAs. Service was a little inefficient on a Friday night, as we had to wait an hour for our nachos and tacos. In the end the food was good. Maybe don't come here on an empty stomach and plan on mostly coming for drinks.
Beer is great, and food looked and smelled amazing! Their porter was especially fantastic!
My favorite brewery, and one of my favorite restaurants! Laid back atmosphere with great people!
Love their barrel ages stout/dark beers ... when available.
Beers are solid and clean. Ruby On Rails is a great red pale ale rendition. Brunch menu was impressive for a brewery and quality of food was great. Service from the bar team was friendly, quick and aware. The dog-friendly has a great view.
In from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and pond outlook. The beer was crisp and perfect temp. I didn’t try the food but the Brussels sprouts looked and smelled amazing-next time!
The food component is the restaurant called burn theory and is really good but keep in mind that it's more fusion... For example the brisket street tacos are not your traditional street tacos from a foodtruck or Mexican restaurant.
The fries could be described as Five Guys meets Freddy's.
The reason I'm not giving them a five out of five is that you are required to go to the counter to order your food or if you need more drinks, making it feel more like you're using self-checkouts or a part-time employee.
This place is a hidden gem in LS. The food and craft beer are off the charts awesome! Specifically the Baja pork nachos.
But more importantly, for parents who want to go to an adult place but have small children - this place is for you. Children run feral, they have board games/card games/chalk. Dogs are allowed. It’s seriously the perfect combo of a bar and family style restaurant. I would’ve killed for a place like this when my kids were toddlers.
Definitely recommend for date night, or family lunch or dinner.

Nice location with a great selection of beers to choose from. Breakfast of Champions was my choice for an amazing stout.
Okay whattttttt?! Came across this delicious fun place and they did not disappoint! Super kind staff and fire food! Ordered the Brussels and Club BT.. cooked to perfection! Brussels are crispy and everything is fresh. My husband ordered The Bog Hog with Taylor Tots and loves it! 10/10 recommend!

Excellent little out-of-the-way brew pub I just happened to come across while out jogging, only about 1,600 steps from my front door. A partnership with Burn Theory Fire Kitchen, I was here on a Sunday morning when they were serving brunch and the food smelled amazing. Nice variety of beers. Decided to try the Carrot Cake Hef because it sounded interesting - a 5.7% ABV Hefeweisen brewed with over 100 pounds of carrots, cinnamon and clove. Although I was prepared to not like it, damned if it was not DELICIOUS and did taste like carrot cake. Definitely will be back to try a few of the other beers and some of that food that made my stomach growl like it has not in a long, long time!
About a year ago we went to Diametric and waited for a very long time to get our food, but they did the right thing and took care of us and we came back. Since then we have had nothing but good experiences and absolute amazing food from Burn Theory, not a thing that I’ve ordered and not loved.Their staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to help you find the beer that works best for you. I wish I lived closer and could come more often.
