Excellent little out-of-the-way brew pub I just happened to come across while out jogging, only about 1,600 steps from my front door. A partnership with Burn Theory Fire Kitchen, I was here on a Sunday morning when they were serving brunch and the food smelled amazing. Nice variety of beers. Decided to try the Carrot Cake Hef because it sounded interesting - a 5.7% ABV Hefeweisen brewed with over 100 pounds of carrots, cinnamon and clove. Although I was prepared to not like it, damned if it was not DELICIOUS and did taste like carrot cake. Definitely will be back to try a few of the other beers and some of that food that made my stomach growl like it has not in a long, long time!

About a year ago we went to Diametric and waited for a very long time to get our food, but they did the right thing and took care of us and we came back. Since then we have had nothing but good experiences and absolute amazing food from Burn Theory, not a thing that I’ve ordered and not loved.Their staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to help you find the beer that works best for you. I wish I lived closer and could come more often.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and attentive. Our food came super quick. I had the Baja Burger (burger with crispy pork, pepper jack cheese, Chipotle auoli, smokey citrus glaze, red onion, and cilantro)...so very good! It was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. We WILL be back.

I'm always down for a brewery and food truck stop. This was such a unique experience for me, we walked in and ordered a few beers and some food and realized the food was actually being delivered from the food truck parked outside. I ordered a Boysenberry Bog sour and dang that thing was SOUR. Beware if you aren't a huge fan of sours because it had me looking like the warheads logo. We also order a ton of things from the food side for dinner. We started with the Brussels and the Taylor tots. The Taylor tots were basically cheese hash brown bits. They were delicious but honestly way too pricy for how small they are... unfortunately won't be ordering again because of that. We also tried the smoked Mac and cheese, very delicious and I find it hard to get Mac and cheese perfect. The last thing we shared was Bog Hog sandwich, tons of meat and I loved the blueberry swirl bread it came on. The service was super quick considering how busy it was, overall I was very impressed.

Since my son moved to LS, we have struggled to find a casual, moderate priced restaurant. We hit the jackpot today. We will definitely return. It will be even better once I've finished dry January.
Loved this place! Great beers, service, atmosphere, and BBQ. The sour and porter beers are exceptionally excellent! We enjoyed the wings, ribs, and Brussels sprouts especially and will recommend it to others!

One of my favorite breweries. The guys who make the beer and run it are fantastic, helpful with beer selections, very friendly, and overall make it a comfortable place to drink. You get all types of people in there from young people to retired elderly people going out to meet friends and have a drink. It's never too loud and everyone seems to always be nice to each other.They also just got food and it's MUCH better than any other bar food. Go for the beer but stay for the food and also the amazing Beet!Update on the food....Burn Theory food is as good as the beer. The wings, tacos, sandwiches, all amazing and don't skimp on the Taylor Tots!

Had a blast getting to experience 25 beers of Christmas. Got their special Christmas sliders, taylor tots, and smoked mac all super tasty. It was crowded and we ended up on the patio. Workers and owners were so nice even got helped carrying some flights after my buddy abandoned me for a moment

Diametric Brewing is awesome!!! The owners and their staff are super amazing and their food is spectacular! They even are great at giving back by helping a local Rotary club raise money to fight polio. I love this place!!!!
