Obviously are drinks are ALWAYS amazing but we had an incident just now. We ordered two cocoas, a small and a kids cocoa. 99% of Dutch Bros make their kids cocoa kids temp, this one did NOT, it was steamed normal temp with our other cocoa. Not only that, they placed it in a plastic cup. I grabbed the top of the cup near the lid to hand it to my 5 year old who grabbed it and then yelled it hurt and was hot. I could see a plastic cup for kids temp, but not regular temperature. The girl was also messing with some sort of squeegee while making drinks, without washing her hands. They definitely werent as friendly as other dutch bros. Super disappointing for our family night out seeing Christmas Lights.

Beware of this location!!! Severely poisoned from spoiled milk in our coffees! This review kills me to make as an avid Dutch Bros girl from the West coast for years. My daughter and I were horribly positioned from spoiled milk in our coffees on a Saturday morning October 5th on our way out of town for a soccer tournament. We got to our destination and both suffered ravish milk poison side effects for 2 days in our hotel room. She was unable to play in the tournament due to the illness. We spent all the money on the trip just to be deathly sick in the hotel room. We usually get almond milk but just got regular annihilators this time. I am really sad to say but never going back!

Cashier gave an extremely nasty expression and attitude because I didn't tip with my card. I DID tip AFTER services were rendered in cash and I got my drink in a timely fashion. Which I shouldn't have based on how I was treated Please train associates better. Absolutely won't patronize this location again

I went thro and I wasn’t meaning to but was crying bc I was having a bad day and the lady at the window took her time and helped me with my order. She was very calm and super nice and understanding. I wish I had gotten her name to place here but didn’t. She had written “Have a good day” on my cup. Went above and beyond and didn’t have to but she did. I appreciated it and had to come here to leave the best review I could. Thank you.

Over paid and didn't realize until way after... She took my money no problem.
Stopped after church and used the walk up window. Staff was friendly. Had a large menu of both hot and cold drinks. Still a little surprised at the reactions when i order coffee and not some loaded something but the coffee was good. Would go back again.

My friend and I walked a dog and the barista remembered the dogs name and was very friendly and kind.
I go here regularly. Great coffee place, but they also have sparkling sodas and other beverages if coffee isn't your thing. Pull up the menu online to see all of the options.

What a horrible horrible design. 2 lanes but only 1 guy. There is clearly 1 lane that there is a line formed in but then any random can just jump in the second lane and cut everyone that's been waiting in line. If your gonna have people using 2 lanes there needs to be 2 people pushing orders because theres absolutely zero signs stating if this lines long use the second lane. What a horrible design with no explanation of how it functions. I've had this issue at this store and the independence location. And people just cutting in front like that is extremely frustrating. And then the guy running the lanes says to just calm down it's coffee. No it's my time involved when others just get to slide around and cut into the line had there been signs stating that's what you do surely there wouldn't be 10 other cars in the same lane as me as some dumb customer just gets to cut in the line I told the guy taking orders I will never be back and getting a 1 star on Google he had the nerve to say I don't care about that doesn't bother me any. So employees like him will run this business straight into the ground. I will never ever return to this horrible establishment!
