LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I’ve been to multiple Dutch Bros locations around KC, and the Chipman store is the best! My drink is always made correctly, the line moves super fast, and the staff is always so nice, energetic, and productive no matter the weather. My kids love to order for themselves and Max was the sweetest with them when we ordered at the outside window! I recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!! ☕️💓

We went to get a large chocolate milk and they are normally $5 each not including any extra stuff. They charged me $2 more per cup because I didn’t want ice. So $15 for two chocolate milks. I only pay $11 after tax in Warrensburg and I’m told that established runs different and this one b the owner charges more to fill a cup with no ice to the top otherwise you don’t even get 1/2 a cup. Definitely won’t be visiting this Dutch bros again

staff are always pleasant and friendly no matter the time of the day. Been there right at open and also late and you still get the same energy! their coffee options are pretty amazing too! Some do taste so similar you could barely taste the difference but that's just like 1 or 2 things on the coffee menu. Other than that, superb place!

Such an underrated place to get shakes at. We got these huge orange cream shakes that were very delicious and smooth/creamy. Had staff with tablets ready to take orders as soon as we pulled up and they were very efficient at getting the shakes out.
Employees extremely rude. Please teach them customer service skills. I ordered some fizz drinks on the app and came to the window to pick up but wasn't even acknowledged. When the young man saw me rolled his eyes and continued dancing while I was waiting for them to hand me my order I already paid for. I stood there patently for about 5 minutes and he finally came up to the window to ask me what he can do for me.
