Went here because I found it to be my favorite boba shop around the city over the last few years and I went there today because I really wanted boba. Got my drink and the boba was completely flavorless it was not good. It was almost like it tasted bad. Obviously with brown sugar boba I expected the taste I usually get from it but it was poopy. Also got up charged on my drink for whatever reason. I ordered something that was $6.99 and it turned out to be around $8.50 after tax. Bad experience upsetting

The milk tea was nice, you cannot alter the sugar but it comes out good. The brown sugar boba was too soft. The crystal boba was great. The matcha layer cake was small and frumpy.
The fruit tea drinks can have altered sugar levels! And the boba this time was great, could really taste their sweetness in contrast to the unsweetened fruit drink.

I was really impressed with Fat Bee! I got their crème brûlée boba latte which was so yummy and super affordable. I ended up paying like 6 dollars which for boba is really affordable! The interior was clean and sheek, the service was good and the drinks were ready really fast! My only negative note would be that my boba wasn’t that cold even after I mixed around the ice but it was still delicious! Would definitely recommend stopping here!

Consistent good quality boba. BUT...... Currently waiting for our order for 30+ minutes because they have one person working. This place is too busy to only have one person working. They had two staff members but one left during a rush. Strange.....boba tea is really good but less than stellar service.

Here on a Sunday. Came in at 12:20pm and saw one hard working employee busting her butt taking orders and trying to complete orders.. we 3 groups in front of my and like 6 or 7 after me... and no help? I asked her and she said her help was on lunch. But who in a service industry takes lunch at lunch time? Also, anyone knows if orders are stacking up, you jump in and knock them out. The girl pictured needs a raise, and the other one needs a write up. Over a half hour later, when she did come out, she was in no hurry at all. 45 min for drinks is kinda ridiculous.

AMAZING customer service and even better quality boba. They have an endless amount of flavors to choose from and are very rich and sweet flavors. We once showed up right before they were gonna close and they still took our orders and were so kind about it as well. we apologized profoundly and they just laughed and said all good and we cracked some jokes. Great people.
