Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Excellent food & service. Our waitress was pleasant and interactive, we loved the ambience, the food was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Great food, service, atmosphere, etc. Only complaint is that the server seemed to be rushing us as we were just getting into our salad and the entrees were already being served. She was ready for us to pay right after the entrees were delivered and we hadn't even really started eating those as we were trying to finish the salads. She had the bill on the table and hadn't given us time to consider ordering another drink or dessert. Everything was rushed. Would have preferred a more leisurely experience to really enjoy the food. Didn't like having to box everything up as we were given time to finish anything. The food was absolutely delicious though!

We came on a Saturday night. Upon arrival we were immediately seated (reservation). The restaurant was busy, with just a few open tables. Water was served immediately. We ordered an appetizer and our food. Our appetizer and soup/chili arrived before we received the bread, which was a bit disappointing. But all was correct and tasted good. I ordered the three course meal, the grilled chicken with no mushrooms(allergy) and listed sides. It came out with mushroom initially, but was immediately corrected. However, the dish itself had to many dominate flavors for my taste. The dessert I choice was the seasonal bread pudding and I would order it again. Overall the experience was good, food was flavorful, and service was adequate for the crowd level. The delay in the bread, was a minor inconvenience. And having an allergen on my plate, could have been an issue, but it was handled swiftly and with no issue.

We were celebrating a birthday and there were five in our party, and there was absolutely no complaints on the food or the beverages ordered. A couple of things noted would be in my cherry old fashion, I would've liked a cherry in there and our server definitely did his job, however, he could have been a little more welcoming and friendly. we also had to ask for refills on water and coffee.

Excellent food but server was either new or not well trained. Was very attentive at beginning meal, but then not anywhere we could see. But food made up for it. Our birthday girl didn't get her candle either... why ask about a special occasion if it's not really available?

My wife and I went to the Firebirds Wood Fired Grill yesterday for the first time. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going here again.

First time there, overall really good experience, our waiter gave us good recommendations on a few items that turned out good.

Great and service. The hamburger sliders tastes a little off to me. The cobb salad was very good but we requested NO TOMATOES and there were a ton of them on the salad. Abby was a great and attentive server, without being intrusive!

We were greeted by the host and got seated promptly. Food was hot and fresh! They been consistent with their food and service whenever we visit.

Audra was the best server ever. Our meal was so good and the creme bulle was outstanding

Was out of bread. They have also changed the menu to not have prime rib on Friday night which is the reason we went there. However service and other items was pretty good.

Aubra made everything about the experience here at firebirds the best I could ever imagine. She's the greatest server I've ever had!
