We went for our friends 25th birthday dinner, and it couldn't have been a better experience . The wait staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the vibes inside the establishment were very calm and low lit . The ambiance of the entire evening was chill and great !

I ordered no it's not a ribeye. What's it called prime rib I asked for it to be pink. It was medium well it was still tender, but I like mine a little pink, which is fine waitress was very attentive always made sure iced teas were full. Made sure that we had Desert made sure that we had to go boxes very impressed with our service

Had to ask for things multiple times. Not the best service this time around. Food was ok, nothing spectacular.

Had a group of 6. Hit happy hour prior to dinner. Bartender was awesome as well as our server in the dinning room! Great experience.

The food and atmosphere was outstanding. The wait staff was highly professional and enjoyable. I wish I recalled her name as she was at the area by the front windows at 5:30p (her first table for the night she said) and is headed to college and nursing school. She was excellent. Strong knowledge of the dinner options and made what was a long week a great way to end it. We will be back soon.

My sister took me to Firebirds for my birthday. We both ordered the NY Strip (medium) & loaded baked potato - (mine - no chives/green onions). We received our steaks, & they came with what was described as steak butter. The butter wasn't melted; instead, it left a pasty/gritty texture in your mouth, & the steak wasn't seasoned. Our server advised that they were rolling out this new steak butter, & she wasn't sure why it wasn't melted. It looked like shortening, instead of butter, & the flavor was horrible. Our server agreed to request two new steaks... We both asked to have the butter/shortening left off. The second round of steaks came out, & they tasted like the chef had poured a ton of salt on them; both were rare. Now the manager is at our table & she offered to have new steaks prepared once again, & she'd make sure they were correct. My steak came out rare & my sister's was well done. Six steaks were prepared, & not one of the six was correct. Unbelievable... I asked for a to-go box, so I could take my steak home & prepare it properly, because the chef(s) were not capable of properly preparing our food. Tatiana was our server, & she was very apologetic, especially once she found out it was my birthday. Then there was Tristan, who walked over a towel that was on the floor, clearly soaking up a spill. After about 15 minutes, he finally picked up the towel & took it to the back - he came back so fast that I couldn't imagine he washed his hands, however, he went straight to the food pass-through area, started touching plates & forks (no gloves) then high fived the manager who was standing at the window. I inquired with our server if there was a sink in the back to wash their hands & she stated yes, in the corner. I shared with her what I observed. She said she would speak with him about hygiene and make sure he washed his hands. Within five minutes, we were confronted by Tristan & advised he had washed his hands, while smirking. I'm over it!

Happy Hour not honored u less you dine in the bar. Steak was nothing special for a premium price. Told appetizer was not spicy and it was very spicy. Had not been to Firebirds in years and tried it again. Not a fan

Food is excellent. Pricing is definitely on the higher end. The server was bad. Offered bread, but then forgot to bring it. Seem to leave us hanging a lot, but then at the end was rushing us and wanted to pick up my dinner salad bowl even as I had fork in hand clearly still eating, when he couldn't get my salad he tried for the bread. He also could have increased sales by offering me another drink, even at 13.50 each I usually order 2 when we're eating out. Then when the eating was finished we waited forever for the check. Attention management it's time to replace those carpet tiles on the north side dining room, I had to pick something up off the floor at one point and was shocked how nasty the carpet tiles were when observed closely.

Our waiters were amazing!! Very attentive and the food was fresh and delicious. Ambience was perfect. We had a great time, no pressure to hurry and eat and leave!

Great food! Suggestion would be to make the deviled eggs appetizer a little different. The caramelized bacon should be broken to bits and mixed with the egg. Or, broken up and sprinkled on top. It used to be that way.

Our server was wonderful, and the food was good. It was really nice that the Dads were given a gift card. I know it's hard to control, but we had a couple of flying bugs around our food, which was distracting. But overall, it was a great place to celebrate Father's Day.

Our steaks were under cooked rare when I asked for medium they completely forgot my lobster tail, they brought me out the wrong plate of food. The only good thing we had was our appetizer other than that was terrible, along with the poor service and long wait. Had a better experience at the location in Overland Park won't be back to this location though.

Food was good. Drinks (other than a few fruity/sweet drinks on the menu and a couple of martinis) are way overpriced. $17.50 for an Old Fashioned with Maker's Mark (a $24 whiskey) is ridiculous! Even if they pour 2 oz (doubtful), that's a 9.47 X markup. Guess I better learn to like martinis (tolerable) or Sangria (yuk). Just moved to the area, and we drink whisk(e)y, so the selection, size of pour, and pricing is important in our selection of places to dine. Food seems fairly priced, and was good. Service was good. But we are still in the search for some other favorite spots.
