Firehouse Subs Summit Springs

Sandwich was fine but I don't think I'll be going back. The restaurant was pretty disgusting. I don't know what was smeared all over the drink station but obviously no one had cleaned anything for quite awhile. I had no interaction with the staff (ordered online), not even a glance when I walked in.

Been to this location 3 different times in the last few months & each time the workers there seem to be annoyed they have customers/just not wanting to be there. Two of the times I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. Besides the poor service the sandwiches I received have been subpar (parts of the sandwich still cold, mushy/slimy meat. Today they didn’t even toast the bread). Sucks bc Firehouse is my guilty pleasure, but I will not be returning to this location for a while.

Our 1st time here was delicious.
Our 2nd time here we ate and went grocery shopping after and both got sick and had to leave.
Sucks because the food was good, hesitant to try it again!

Ordered two turkey sandwiches and received what we think may have been roast beef. It was absolutely terrible. Looked like raw bacon and the taste was awful. The pickle had no flavor, it was just a chewy green spear. Avoid this place if at all possible, so many other places that are far better to spend your hard earned money.

The crew at this location is the worst of any Firehouse I’ve ever been to in any state!
A bunch of lazy horses behind’s time and time again, year after year!
Do you guys have no management?
Seems like a bunch of young guys horsing around and concerned about everything in the world except what they are there getting paid to do!
Orders are constantly wrong, due to them not paying attention and dicking around!
They constantly put the pickles right next to the bread without a bag and make the bread soggy and disgustingly inedible, even if you ask for no pickles !
The only Firehouse I’ve ever been to that doesn’t put the pickles in a bag for to-go orders!
It’s pretty clear why you have the worst rated Firehouse in the entire KC metro!
Whole crew needs retrained and/or fired.

Ordered two sandwiches, one was the brisket cheddar and the other was a honey ham. My brisket had lettuce and tomato on it, alone with honey mustard. The brisket sandwich DOES NOT come with this. I DID NOT ask for it. I wanted my normal brisket and cheddar. I’m also allergic to tomatoes so a sandwich I paid over $10 and I can’t even eat it. Thanks Firehouse.

I want to like Firehouse Subs. I really, really, really, really, really want to. When the order is correct, it’s good. The thing is, an order as simple as two sandwiches is rare correct. Time and time again, wrong bread, no pickles, wrong additions. It’s baffling how it can be so inconsistent so many times. Sorry Firehouse. It’s not me. It’s most definitely you.

Received a sandwich with, what looked to be really moldy bread. I didn’t have time to go back so I was left to starveeeee 😭 totally ruined my lunch not gonna lie
