Firehouse Subs Summit Springs

I want to like Firehouse Subs. I really, really, really, really, really want to. When the order is correct, it’s good. The thing is, an order as simple as two sandwiches is rare correct. Time and time again, wrong bread, no pickles, wrong additions. It’s baffling how it can be so inconsistent so many times. Sorry Firehouse. It’s not me. It’s most definitely you.

Great sandwich, great service

Received a sandwich with, what looked to be really moldy bread. I didn’t have time to go back so I was left to starveeeee 😭 totally ruined my lunch not gonna lie

Always fresh

I hadn't been here in a while but had great service in the past. This time, the food took quite a while, and they put all condiments on even though I asked for meat and cheese only (and watched that get typed into the computer)... Probably because the whole crew was horsing around. A waste of money and can't return because our receipt was crumpled and thrown away at the register. I guess I'll just go to Jersey Mike's 🤷

The quality of food from Firehouse is always very good. Only three stars for service because there were only two employees over lunch and it took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich

First off firehouse subs is a favorite food spot of mine. This location did not live up to the normal expectations however.

Our food was OK, my boyfriends sub was missing toppings. Mine was at least warm but was drowned in mayo and put together poorly.

My biggest complaint is how dirty the entire place was, trash everywhere, no clean tables, the drink area didn't looked like had been cleaned in at least week. Secondly the staff was rude, the cashier would not talk to us at all while taking our order.

We won't be back to this location, there are plenty of other places to eat in lees summit. It was a sad experience since this is one of our favorite chains spots to grab a quick lunch.

Very poor experience here. Ordered take out and when we got home the sandwich had about half the ingredients and the rest was scattered all over the wrapping. They obviously didn’t care about our order. If I learned anything I’ll always check my order before I leave the store. Will not go back

11-1-24 order new Yorker got half a pickle and had medium sandwich one slice of meat on half of it. Before I took a bite took it over showed mgr middle age female. Said we'll I guess we can give you another pickle. Like it was a favor said that's all the meat we give. I've been coming here since they opened. Very rude and none caring.

Food was cold and should of been hot gave service a 3 star they were reasonably timed gave atmosphere 2 stars mainly to due the uncleaniness off the lobby no tables cleaned off all had scraps on table floor dirty as well trash cans overflowing

Wanted me to go thru the app, the Internet, email & then T-Mobile to get the advertised price. WAY too much hassle. Left & didn't buy anything.
