It is very depressing to work all day come home late at night and your son offers to go get you dinner. I take the 1st bite out of my burger and it is raw. I ask how can a thin piece of meat be raw. I assume there is no one to quality check the food and they were rushing to get orders out. My husband burger was cooked around the edges but the center was raw. The cheese curds were cold and greasy.

The fries suck. I remember them as a kid. They came in a can. All their dipping sauces taste alike. Once I ordered a rib eye sandwich. Now that really was disgusting.

Tried again today after a several month break with inconsistent results. Ordered extra onion and pickles on my burger which was missed. Ordered a diet Pepsi, received Dr Pepper instead. I used the drive through so it was too late to correct. The employee has distracted in convo with a coworker from the get go (no greeting, no thanks, no eye contact) literally handed me my bag while still talking. I get we have a bad moments but this tends to be the norm at this location.

Food was good. Nothing special, but we ordered online and they forgot the French fries. Plus, they forgot any napkins or sauces that we requested and they were slow. Definitely not the A team today.
