My experience at this specific Freddy's was quite splendid. I have been to many other Freddy's and have never experienced service like this before. Me personally, working in the fast food industry, know the hard work and dedication that these workers put in during rush hour. We were given free fries to compensate for the time of our wait, this Freddy's is unlike any other and deserves more buisness. They are quick with their orders, the food quality is amazing, and the service is top tier.

I Love this place the food is always fresh tastey, and the people that work there are always so nice . The person working the front counter the other day I believe her name was Megan was so helpful . this location. is always clean and the food always delicious.

I sat in their drive-through lane, at the speaker closest to the building, for almost 10 minutes waiting to be helped. They served the lane next to me multiple times while I was still sitting there and watched people who came after me go before me. I finally had no other choice but to back out of their drive-through trying to not get in an accident because of this.

I went inside to speak with a manager to find out why. Kid you not, the manager's response was to turn around to another guy doing nothing but staring at a screen showing the drive-through lanes and say, "Aren't you helping both lanes?" The guy who was staring off into space said, "Yeah, I am." The manager turned back to me and said, "So, do you want to order something or what?" This was exactly what he said and how he said it... a manager. I actually called the store manager to let him know of my experience, and he essentially said they were "overworked and stressed" but would send me some meal coupons for my troubles. That was over two weeks ago. This location is obviously broken from the top down because no one takes accountability, and the location manager can't or won't even follow through with what he told me when taking my address. I'm not coming here ever again. This location has been going downhill for a while now, but this is ridiculous.

This location has gone down hill. Drive through Workers are rude. Large fries was half empty. Filled out survey and haven’t heard anything. Will not be going back to the Lees Summit location. Other Freddy locations are much better. Management needs to retrain the workers.

A great atmosphere. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Greeted us when we came in. They cleaned our table and came around to see if we needed anything. Awesome customer service!

I live about 1 mile or less away from Freddy’s Bought burger and onion rings, onion rings were over cooked some burned super greasy and cold.i ate 1 small onion left terrible taste in my mouth.I drove back and asked for my money back they would not give me my money back said they would make me a new order are give me a credit. I told them I would never come back to eat there I wanted my money back and they said no they don5 give money back. So. Drove off without my money being returned. I will never eat there again.
