Step right up to The Fridge, where the beer flows like confetti and the décor whispers sweet absurdities from a carnival you can’t quite place. Welcome to the beer bar where the taps are cold, tasty, and genuinely inventive - I had their pineapple beer which tasted like a day of frolicking in the sand on the beach of Hawaii. The karaoke was blissfully off-key as the bar turned into a sing-along sanctuary, and strangers become drinking buddies by round two.

Great small place with amazing craft beers. Pinball in the back with other fun games and a patio!

A Local Treasure Worth Raising a Glass To

From the first sip to the final toast, every brew is thoughtfully crafted and undeniably delicious. But it’s not just about the beer—it’s the vibe.
The space radiates authenticity. Whether you're a seasoned beer aficionado or just dipping your toes into the craft scene, you're greeted with genuine smiles and an open seat. Everyone belongs here. It’s clear the team behind this place didn’t just set out to make great beer—they built a haven for community, conversation, and connection. Shoutout Derek.
Highly recommend stopping by. There are no misfits—you’ll leave feeling like part of something special.

Can't beat the environment and the brews. The owner is one of the coolest people breathing. Outside sitting area with games. Definitely a place to visit.

Like beer? Then visit!
Seriously though, they have good flavors. If you want a generic lager or light beers, this place probably isn't for you. You get good beer here. Flavorful, powerful. One of the best breweries I've been too.

The beer was good--I specifically liked the cream ale. Everyone seemed friendly!

They are running specials, which state $5 fringe beers during all NFL playoff games. They have it posted on the door and all the tables--posted everywhere. They even have a calendar of when the $5 deal applies. In the middle of one of the playoff games, the bartender said she would not honor the special it because the bar was choosing not to play the game on the TVs in the bar. I did not love that. Another guy at the bar kept finding lipstick on his glasses.

Overall, positive experience. Just a few odd things.

Great atmosphere and beers!

Fun local brewery. very eclectic decor. Arcade games, table top games, great place to hang out for an evening in downtown LS. Some of the beers are hit or miss but generally quite nice. Established brewery but hard to find outside of their flagship location.

Fringe is such a welcoming bar! The staff are attentive, respectful, and friendly. I love that they have board games and pinball. The patio is perfect when the weather is nice. Highly recommend!

This place has a fun vibe and the beer is really good. Try the grapefruit wheat...so good!!

Not sure what the vision is.The flagship beer, grapefruit wheat was hardly drinkable.4 ciders on tap, 6 imperial stouts and only two were their own.Not a place for beer drinkers.

Coolest, most eclectic small taproom I have ever visited - and I have been in a few!! Wonderful selection of beers and an electric environment that grabs the eyes everywhere you look. They have a huge variety of homemade flavored seltzers and hands down the greatest beer I have ever tasted ... a 16% ABV Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout!Bartenders and owner are fantastic folks who truly add to the ambiance of the place. If you like beer and fun, this is a place you are gonna wanna check out!!
