Stopped here during a severe downpour and waited out the storm. It was pretty deserted for 5pm. I selected a Lucky Charms latte and a very flaky pastry. Only cost $5 something! It has a casual modern vibe with lots of lights and minimal decor. The flower on each table was a nice touch. I will definitely try more lattes from here.

Very nice atmosphere. The latte was very good. Very nice coffee if you enjoy good coffee and not that green star place.
hasn’t been open the past two weekends even though their google hours state their open

Fair warning: I haven't ordered anything here. I went at 10 in the morning on Independence Day, and the line was long, barely moving.
But I did use the bathroom, before my wife and I abandoned our place in line. It was atrocious. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned out in 3 or 4 days.

Very friendly staff, good coffee. Left when I heard the Christian rock playing on the sound system. At first I thought I misheard, but then another Jesus song came on. I prefer my coffee without Christianity, thanks. Pass.

Thank you for showing the LS community what your values are. There are plenty of coffee shops in LS that don’t openly advertise as being “anti-woke” on PS and I urge those whose values don’t align to try another cafe.
Getting a breakfast sandwhich is soooooo slow

Used to go to Panera and get Coffee and a Bear Claw pastry. Panera as they do changed their pastry selection so when I saw Frost had bear claws, I decided to go there. Not only was pastry probably 40% smaller than what you would normally get but it tasted like something you would get out of a vending machine wrapped in cellophane. Cost was $4.50 plus tax. Wouldn’t even pay a dollar for it in the future. Very disappointing.

PROs: Great location. Indoor seating. Cozy ambience. I can't say my coffee was good. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and knew what a Breve was.
CONs: The Barista apparently doesn't know what a Breve is. What you see in the photo is what I got for my coffee AND it was served cold. Street parking only.
I ordered a decaf Breve. What I got was a cold decaf coffee with half-n-half in a cup on a cold day. I could've just done that myself.
Got the white chocolate orange latte this morning. I wasn't sure i was going to like it but it was yummy! Glad I went out of my comfort zone
Overpriced for drink sizes and seating is very cramped. Takes a long time to get your order if they have more than five customers in the place.
Like another poster I encountered rude staff and the coffee is really not that good for the price. Skip this place.
First time visiting the establishment. Nice interior and relaxing atmosphere. Slow customer service. Ordered 4 cinnamon rolls to go. Got home. 2 are cinnamon rolls, the other 2 resemble thick cookies with icing. Hmmmm.
