The ladies working today September 5 were rude, they charged both my cards and the first one she said wasn’t charged but it took the money off my card . Then we get home and there it HAIRS, MULTIPLE, in my biscuits and gravy. Called asking for a refund and they offered a new meal. No thanks .

I have to give a great shout out to “Karing Karen” and Felix at this Lee’s Summit Hardee’s. They got me in for breakfast for an excellent sausage and egg biscuit and they were very friendly with fast service. Definitely stop by and see them! Thanks!

I love Hardee's hot ham and cheese for life, but my Frisco breakfast sandwich was pre-made and under a light for a minute. Unsure if I'd rather wait a while for fresh or go quick with pre-made food. Either way, these folks need to be paid more! They're doing their best and I appreciate that a lot.
