Manager was rude this is the 3rd time I've had a bad experience But after making online order .Started walking to be told by the boss. I was told Hardees has nothing to do with online orders. Still not to be refunded ...... It would be nice to Get a comped meal. I'm already out 50 at least still waiting. God Bless Comsumer Greg........

The ladies working today September 5 were rude, they charged both my cards and the first one she said wasn’t charged but it took the money off my card . Then we get home and there it HAIRS, MULTIPLE, in my biscuits and gravy. Called asking for a refund and they offered a new meal. No thanks .

I have to give a great shout out to “Karing Karen” and Felix at this Lee’s Summit Hardee’s. They got me in for breakfast for an excellent sausage and egg biscuit and they were very friendly with fast service. Definitely stop by and see them! Thanks!
