We sat for 30 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order, my husband went to ask who was going to take our order. The waitress Erin who passed us several times without acknowledging that she would be with us. Finally came to take our order after my husband said something. People came in after us and was served immediately!!! We sat another 20 minutes after we gave our order!! My husband said that we should just go. We should have. I hope that they were short staffed, but a simple acknowledgement to let us know that someone would be with us would have been nice. Instead of us sitting wondering what is happening. Customer service means everything to me!!!

Worst IHOP weāve ever been to. There was puke in the parking lot as we walked in. It is 95 degrees outside and they have fans running because the AC isnāt working. My kids ordered the watermelon refresher and they didnāt have the ingredients. Then they ordered some other lemonade drinks and they were supposed to have strawberries in them and there were no strawberries. I ordered cold brew coffee and they said they were out. One kid ordered the protein pancake with strawberries. Apparently they didnāt have that either but didnāt tell us and instead chose to give us another pancake dish assuming we wouldnāt notice. The bacon we ordered was burnt. As we waited for our food an ant crawled across our table. The waitress was perfectly nice.

Great food selection... I had the fisherman's platter and the shrimp was great and the fish and chips also okay. I'd substituted onion rings instead of french fries which according to my dad was the better choice. The fries are not that good.

If you want to eat in your garage eat here, the temperature outside is cooler than inside. They have no a/c in the building. It really sucks because itās one of the only place in Leeā Summit we can go for gluten free and dairy free.

The food and service was great as usual but no AC in the middle of July is crazy. They have 4 or more units set up in random places but it does little more than move the air around, I feel like you could have taken the money you spent on the units and invested it back in to fixing the central air.

The restaurant was hot and the bathroom was filthy and smelled really bad. I will not recommend this place to anyone it was an absolute waste of time and money!
