Brought my family here for breakfast and I was provided the best service I have ever recieved from Linda. The food all came out great and Linda has mastered the art of timing making every interaction with either near or complete perfect timing and her level of service met or exceeded all my expectations. I cannot reccomend this location or Linda enough.

The last time I was here, we had an amazing waitress named Naudya. TODAY I placed an order and arrived to pick it up. It is Mother’s Day so I expect for it to be busy. I called to let them know I was here to pick up a curbside order and the guy with the Latin accent starts yelling about not seeing my order which is fine but why are you screaming at me? He starts unnecessarily rattling off the names of the orders he could see and tells me once again he doesn’t see mine and asks what was on the order. I told him and then he again tells me it’s not there. Okay fine, I told him I’d wait and call back in 20 minutes because I’m literally looking at my receipt to make sure I’m at the right address which I am. I’m actually sitting in my car as I write this. Once I get my order, I’m never ordering from here again. Teach these miserable employees to speak to customers with respect.

A/C doesn't work heavily sweating entire meal Breakfast place but out of Orange Juice Out of paper for kids to draw on (gave them receipt paper) The promo kids eat free with a purchase of an adult entree doesn't apply here according to the manager because we choose to drink water with our meal (our kids got juice). Just all around awful
They will serve you under cooked sausage with a side of hair in your eggs! Then the manager will gaslight you and tell you how clean their kitchen is and how they pass all the health inspections. He did offer to remake it but why would I want to eat here anymore. Absolutely not, I just want my money back. The manager said I have to call back in at 4pm to get my refund which makes zero sense to me. I'll update this review if I receive reimbursement.

Ordered food and the eggs had a long brown hair , sausage links was not fully cooked . Called the IHOP and spoke with Mananger just to be talked to rudely and hung up on.

We have been in town for over 2 years and have yet to try this place bc of the really bad experiences from our hometown. Our teenager convinced us to give it a try. Did the grease in the food still upset our stomachs? It sure did. It was delicious, though! The real turn around was the service. Our waitress was so friendly and kind. She kept all of our drinks refilled the entire time. She was efficient with her tasks and times. She brought out our condiments and everything before the food came out so we were all prepared when the food came out. She offered to go drinks without us asking. Megan B (sorry if you spell Megan differently) is an amazing waitress!!
