This is one of the worst locations I’ve been too. The hours aren’t consistent. I live in Lees Summit and this location is consistently closing before 10pm but still advertising its 24 hours. I don’t know we to go because they close at random times. I’ve been at 2pm in the afternoon and they were closed before. This location is always out of tiny tacos or that’s what they’re telling us customers. The night staff are unprofessional. I have went to this location too many times to count and if it’s after 9pm they will say they are not taking anymore orders and laugh. I’ve wrote an email complaint about this store and staff and nothing has changed. The independence MO location run laps around this Lees Summit location. Shut down already.

I ordered the jack party pack for a group on the app online. It's 3 cheeseburgers , 3 chicken sandwiches, 6 tacos and 3 curly fries. I came around to the window, and began receiving my items from the order. Two small bags and then I was handed the box, the window shuts, and I wait to see if that's the complete order. No one came back to the window, so I left. Once I got to my destination, I'm missing curly fries. I attempted to call the store, it rang and rang without an answer or a voicemail option. I get it, mistakes happen, I was looking for a resolution and couldn't even get through to the store. Disappointed in the store and team members on staff.

So I guess the hours listed are incorrect? Surely it couldn't be anything else.

The food is delicious, but everything else sucks. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they were out of curly fries and sweet & sour sauce, and didn't give me straws, napkins, or a receipt. This site needs a lot of work, way too many issues for spending $36.

It was dirty & disgusting….. Trash cans overflowing the bathroom had trash all over the floor. The dining room was cold & dirty floors were sticky the tables was nasty & the service sucked. Will never go back again

Theyre always under staffed , the lady in the window is literally always eating something , while taking orders handling food , money... They have a gross fan in the kitchen. Saw a guy lick his finger and grab someone food! It's so unprofessional And unsanitary in here!

Bruh we went at 4:20 pm on a Sunday and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and then went to the window to see that ain’t nobody was there. All machines and lights were on. A lady was sitting outside and said that they are closed! Like buddy boy how are you closed at 4:20 in the afternoon
