Jack Stack Barbecue - Lee's Summit

Our server was absolutely amazing. We both had the Lamb Ribs... they were extremely fatty. I ate a couple and was over it. Just ate my salad and ordered the carrot cake. It was delicious, as well as the Arnold Palmer Pea Tea

Always a great place. Only place with Lamb ribs. Best onion rings ever. Always the best salad- spinach with strawberries . My husband swears by the Chicken.

Excellent food as always. Appetizers were great, meals outstanding and service on the mark.

We loved the BBQ dinner at Jack Stacks Lees Summit. One of the people in our party had a birthday and they served her a delicious carrot cake that we all shared. The food was delicious! The server was excellent! We were seated in the middle of the restaurant and it was a little noisy. I would have preferred something on the side. Otherwise it was a great experience!!

My wife and I dine at this Jack Stack 2 - 3 times a month on average. For this visit, the food was very good, as it usually is, but where we were seated was ridiculously cold and the service was terrible. We were seated in a booth next to the windows on the west side of the building. The AC did not shut off until the end of our meal, and then it only stayed off for a short period of time. The air blows along the ceiling in that part of the restaurant and then down the wall with the windows. As far as our service goes, we were not asked about any drink refills or additional drinks. Eventually we stopped our waitress when we were about 3/4 of the way done eating to ask for a refill and an additional drink. They showed up after we were done eating. Also, our waitress would be out of sight for long periods of time, but wait staff for other tables was visiting their tables frequently.

Order to go was for Chiefs game. They were very busy. We pulled into a "pick up" parking space & were met immediately by Jack Stack employee to confirm our order. 3 minutes later we had our order. Order was complete. Food was excellent.

You got to go

First time here probably the last. Start with the good the service at takeout was great, the cheesey corn was very good and so was my wife's broccoli , but to be honest we didn't come for the sides. The bad , my burnt were nothing but fat and the brisket was pretty low quality greasy and very little smoke. My wife's barbeque baked potato with burnt ends 3 pieces definitely was not worth the price.
