Best burnt ends in town. The beef and sausage are the best. The server was attentive and checked back often.

We were then to celebrate two birthdays with our family. The service, food, and atmosphere were ideal.

Ordered beef burnt ends for 2 extra lean. They came out all fatty. I sent them back. I think they brought the same meat back, just moved around on the platter. We managed to pick through about 25% of the meat before we gave up. Waitress said she would tell the manager. Manager walked by our table, looked at the table and kept walking. After eating at Jack Stack for over 15 years, I have had too many ad experiences for the price. Don't waste your money!

Food is always great. But the waitress we had was impeccable. Brooklyn made our 39th anniversary dinner incredible. Thank you Brooklyn.

I've lived in KC for 16 years and the ribs I just got in the LS Stack's were the best I've had since I've been here. This place is not far from my home and I went when they first opened this store. The product that day was inedible. The last two times they have figured things out and my dinner has been top drawer. The brisket is also great, so tender and tasty. My new place for Q.

Great time with old friends. Word old describes our hearing too. Always forget to request upper level where it's quieter. But great time!!!

Eating at JackStack is always a pleasure and this evening was no different. The table was ready when we needed it, it was big enough for the 7 adults and even having a Happy Birthday card on the table was a pleasant surprise. Our server was Hannah and she did a great job, keeping the glasses filled and always checking on our needs. She was a delight and very helpful with our requests.

Crown rib, lamb ribs, bone-in chicken, salmon dip, gooey butter cake... all phenomenal. Including the service from the bar team Angie and Sarah. It was very busy for a Tuesday but you could see the whole team coming together to make sure everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. Very impressive. The cucumber marg with the black lava salt and cucumber garnish was DYNAMITE!

We were celebrating a birthday and they left a hand-signed card at the table offering a birthday dessert. It was unexpected and thoughtful. Everyone from the check-in staff to the wait staff, the food delivery was exceptional. The food was delicious and they even graciously took our picture. Highly recommend!

The service and food are always exceptional. It's great to have a BBQ restaurant that offers more than just the typical BBQ food. My wife always orders the salmon and it's a great option.

My husband and I dined at Jack Stack Barbecue on our way back to Dallas from the midwest. We were excited to try Kansas City barbecue for the first time, but were disappointed in this over-priced, chain restaurant where the barbecue tasted much like it does at home. It was a pricey meal, and our servers struggled to get our bar drinks to our table in a timely manner. The restaurant was very loud and busy late on a Wednesday afternoon. I can't imagine what a weekend experience would be like. The next time we pass through, we will look for a more "authentic" experience.

Always great food. Server was a little slow in responding to requests. Restaurant ran out of pulled pork...Tuesday evening. Odd day of the week to run out.

Split the cornbread and mac n cheese with pulled pork appetizers between 3 of us. Mac N Cheese had good flavor. Cornbread had good flavor but was a bit greasy. I had lamb ribs with loaded baked potato. Lamb tasted like lamb without it being overwhelming. Serving size was generous. One of my companions had the prime beef rib with French fries. He said the beef was awesome. The other companion had burnt beef ends with baked potato. He declared them quite tasty.

Was celebrating a good friend's birthday. Matthew, our server, was the best! Did very good and their carrot cake, the birthday girl said was the best she's ever had.( and she's 84) so that's saying a lot.
