My wife decided to take me there because she heard from her friends that it was a good place.It's one of those gems hole in the wall that you've driven past a million times would never go in.And when you do, it's phenomenal the people, the food.Those are things you can purchase.That's all awesome.I can't wait to go back.It's also filled with a lot of returning customers.

Fish & Chips meal was excellent! Large MEATY fish filets, not overdone with breading. I'm talking like a 3/4 inch thick filet. I could only eat one, the other went home with me. Thick crinkle cut fries-quite tasty. Cole slaw yummy; reminded me of my gramma's slaw!
His rueben sandwich looked delicious. Again, a large portion, took half of it to go.
I SO wanted to try a slice of pie, but I couldn't bring myself to pay the $9ish price per slice. I'm sure it's a worthy sugar rush; & I would've been 'hooked'!!
Staff so friendly, the mariner motif very nice, but almost overwhelming.
I look forward to dining here again soon, i want to try the legacy hot chicken fried chicken!!

A hidden gem!! I have passed by this place for years and never stopped. I hate to even say this out loud but I thought it just looked like a hole in the wall, tiny little “shack” and not “my type” of place. But OHHH-MA-GAAAWWD was I so wrong. This place is a WHOLE VIBE 🙌. The food was amazing! The set up inside is so cute…..from the beachy decor, layout of the dining area, down to the little whimsical gift area. And let’s not forget to mention a chocolate chip cookie that was to die for! I’m pretty sure the guy who took our order and who we had just a wonderful conversation with was the owner—I wish I would have ask cause I would have loved to tell you in person…..Well done!! Loved the place, the food and the entire experience. We will be back. Thank you for the cookie!!

They have decent sandwiches and drinks in close proximity to the lake. If you want to maximize your lake time I recommend it, otherwise I would avoid it for better options in the area.

I had an awesome experience at Jacomo’s Hunger Shack! I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted—perfectly juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right! The bun was fresh, the toppings were crisp, and every bite was pure satisfaction. On top of that, the service was impressively quick and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious meal!
