Jersey Mike's Subs

The worst Jersey Mike's sandwich I've ever had. Ordered a giant 9. They didn't put bacon on it. Very little juice or mayo. Was very dry. I only ate half of it and threw it away. Probably my bad for not watching them make it. However, it was bad.

I am pregnant and I was craving Jersey Mike’s really bad I kindly went into the building and asked a blonde lady that worked there if she could please toast my sandwich since I am pregnant, She told me that they didn’t do toast sandwiches, which was fine, but I did ask her if she could put the ham on the grill For a little bit so I can eat it She told me that she couldn’t cause it’s cross contamination but I saw she was cleaning the grill And was very rude about it . Thankfully, another coworker was working there and he was very nice. His name is Logan. He saw I was very distressed and upset because I couldn’t get the food that I was craving I asked him if he could please just make the sandwich separately and then put the toppings on the side so I could just toast the sandwich at home myself and then I could just put the toppings on For myself At home Cause I told him I was pregnant .. He kindly told me that he could put the ham on the grill because they already cleaned the grill anyways for me and filled my Satisfaction Of niceness and good costumer service And had a good kindness of heart that he cared that I’m pregnant tried his best to fill my needs. So shout out to Logan he needs a raise or something !

So sad I can no longer order my clients and myself Jersey Mike's sandwich with WHEAT BREAD. Why would that remove the wheat bread from online orders? My husband and I are just thrown back. Also, cannot type in special instructions. Lee's Summit location has blocked it.

Am vegetarian and absolutely love their meatless sandwich #64 (portobello mushrooms & Swiss with grilled peppers and onions). So yummy!!!

The sandwiches look like the ads! The Italian sandwich is great.

Whilst I understand that peak times can create a stressful atmosphere, unfortunately the team of efficient ladies could not facilitate a welcoming experience.

The food was good, service was okay. The cashier was handling money and food and not changingher gloves. I had to ask her after watch her push up her glasses, move her hair out of her face, touch the cash register and then move to cut my sandwich and wrap it up...no wash your hands and change your gloves.

Always short staffed. Slow service but not the employees fault.

Got the steak and cheese (56) and over half of the dam sandwich was just in the wrapper. There's was no cheese actually on the sandwich, they put way too many jalapeños on it. And don't get me started with the club sandwich. It basically fell apart when we attempted to eat it.
The bathroom was nasty, you could tell they were having plumbing issues bc someone replaced the drain underneath the sink and just left the old nasty one sitting there on the floor, makes u wonder how 🤔 long it's been there, how lazy are the employees bc u know they
have to be if all the tables are dirty and their in the back talking away.

The staff was incredible and accommodating for a dairy allergy! The food as always is amazing!

Been waiting to try Jersey Mike's and now that I have I loved it wish they had one closer to where I live if you haven't tried it do so it is delicious five stars for sure
