I had an online order that wasn't ready when I came in, then waited for 45 minutes for it to be made in store. They had to ask multiple times what name the order was under and even had to ask me what was on the order. When I asked for the fourth time about my order, they let me know that they had made one of the sandwiches and put it in the wrong back that went out. By the time I finally got my order, one of the sandwiches had been sitting so long that it was completely soggy and nasty. There's another location, like, a mile from here and I've never had a problem. Don't go to this one.

Also, fun note since I got so much quality time there: I watched them mess up several other orders while I waited.

I love Jersey Mike’s, but George and Joseph make this location THE BEST! They always go above and beyond to make my food the way I want it (and I sometimes make strange requests) and these guys are beyond friendly! The restaurant is clean and welcoming too! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Went in yesterday morning and immediately noticed a difference. The place is under new management and it showed. Absolutely great experience and conversation while the manager himself made my sandwich. Literally stepped away from the prep table to get hot fresh bacon off the grill! Super clean and great service made an already amazing sandwich that much better. Could not ask for a better experience!

The crew in there is absolutely awesome and upbeat. Everything was made correctly and quickly. My tea was made fresh this morning. The store was clean and did Jersey Mikes proud. Favorite location to grab lunch.

Vegetarian options: Any type of veggie sub or wrap would taste good.

Literally waited 40 mins for my order and even mobile ordered it so this wouldn’t happen. This place is the slowest ever. Be prepared to wait a very long time if you go here.

I didn’t want to have to write this review, but felt it was necessary after my first (and last) experience at this location. Every other one star review could not be more accurate. The store was a mess. Counters coved in food and oil. Sandwich’s thrown together haphazardly. No organization or process.

I was the only one in line when I walked into the store, but it still took over 20 minutes to get my food(not a big deal), but during my time I saw 3 online orders come back in because they left something, or made something wrong. Sadly, I got home and realized they indeed didn’t add the extra meat I paid for.

My expectations are not through the roof when coming to Jersey Mike’s, but when you spend $30 on sandwiches, you’d like a decent service and experience with an attention to detail.

This store needs a re-train on how to operate as I’ve never seen another location like this. I will only be going to the other LS location from here on

This location needs work. Everyone seemed clueless. Not very welcoming. Guy at the checkout didn’t want to say a word for some reason. We stood there looking at each other a while before I realized he was done entering the food for payment. He had a pack of cigarettes in his shirt pocket. Not professional and I hope he washed his hands after smoking.

Staff should be more attentive to customers to eliminate the errors. Managers should manage and at least apologize for
their mistakes after all the sandwiches are made to order and error should be minimal.

This location is an absolute disaster. Let start with a person wearing an ace bandage cast should not be slicing meat ungloved because that's disgusting and is also a health code violation. After repeating my order 5 times, I finally get to the topping lady. She asks if I have a BLT and I say no that's the person two people behind me. She looks at that lady to get her order and she isn't paying attention. Probably because it isn't her turn. She then says well, I'll make your first. Obviously you should since I am in from of her. Spent my whole lunch in line. Last dumpster fire visit I didn't leave a review, now I'm realizing it's always a disaster and someone needs to know.

Used be a GM of a JMs in OKC, overall food was okay, hard to mess up the quality that it is. More so dissatisfied with the service. Young man on the slicer had to ask me FIVE times what my 3 subs were, didn't know how to properly handle the knife and I waited 15 minutes for him to slice 3 subs. I was the only person in the store. Was just sad to see, JMs is supposed to be quality in every aspect, from employees down to the bite.

Waited for an online order for almost an hour while staff looked confused. Asked several times. Got the food all messed up. I would love a jersey mikes close to home but DONT GO HERE. Go to the other one.Update: Accidentally used this store again today via delivery through the app and waited over 2 hours for 3 sandwiches. 2 of the sandwiches were ordered for people who had to go to work. I honestly don't understand how it's this hard to make a sandwich. I guess from now on I'll have to make sure and do pickup only and use the other store. I wish at least they would tell you when you order that it's going to be an insanely long wait time. Then, I would go somewhere else to begin with.
