The counters as well as the floor behind the counter were dirty with shredded lettuce and other sandwich makings. There were about 10 straws, no flatware, and few lids for drinks. The woman accepting payment had her gloves on then with the same gloves on made sandwiches. We won't be returning to this location again

It used to be worth it, but since the corporation got sold out to Black rock and vanguard everything has changed, the gigantic sub is a normal sub. A regular size sub is like half a sub. $17 for what essentially is a foot-long sub from Subway Fine times

This location is ridiculous. I ordered online, my pickup was supposed to be at 12:30, didn't get my order until 1:10. This all on ownership and management, as the place is woefully understaffed and the employees seem to not feel the need to work faster than a snail's pace during lunch rush hours.

The restaurant workers were slammed with online orders at around 1pm this past Sunday. Due to this, it took twice as long as normal for people who were ordering in the store. Despite that, they were working so fast and efficiently and were extremely nice to customers and kept the flow going. I appreciated their good attitudes and they all were kind to customers and worked well together. The sandwich was excellent as always! The only sub place we go to.

I usually have a great time at this location with great food and good atmosphere but my last experience was not the same. A girl with purple hair that was making my sandwich was rude and pushy with her coworkers, she did not assemble my sandwich correctly and whenever I tried to tell her, she just scolded me and continued. I became very angry, and throughout the sandwich making process she was making obscene marks and gestures to her coworkers that were extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. I will not be returning here for awhile.
The workers there made my day! I asked for their names and the one’s named Gabe and Megan were so kind! I wasn’t having the best of days, but they stepped up and made me feel so welcome! Also the food was great!

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s Subs. I eat here at least once a week. But the only reason why I’m leaving a review for this location, It’s because it’s not ran the same as the other locations. Always seem short staffed. And for the third time I been here I have witness an employee cross contaminates with the same gloves on. I actually ended up walking out of line today when I saw them dealing with money and going right back the Assemble station And reaching in for fresh vegetables and putting it on subs without changing gloves. This is gross and not following safe practices. I will not come back to this location again.

The staff here is awesome—super friendly and always willing to help. Had 2 boys help me out with my order today. They really took the time to make sure my order was just how I wanted it, and I could tell they cared about what they do. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the whole place just has a great vibe. Definitely one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve been to.
