Great food and service. Prices sure have gone up for sandwiches in the last few years. Order a Mega size sandwich and you get two foot long type sandwiches. You can split with someone or save one for lunch the next day.

I tried the new toasted roast beef and cheese sandwich. Way too much garlic mayo, but that's a personal thing. The cheddar cheese left a puddle of fat in the wrapping. It tasted great, and the warm, toasted bread was great. Service was quick, but I was the only person in the store. The store is tucked away in a strip mall just south of Woods Chapel Road, and difficult to find.

I tried the warm Italian sub, not very tasty. Wondering if something was left off, salt and pepper? The oil was tasteless, not sure what happened. It took a long time for them to hand me the sub, it was about 20 minutes before close but no one was in there.

CLOSE THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY. Ordered from the site its been over and hour. The person answering the phone couldn’t care less. Didn't know the owners name or contact.., referred me to a Erica Honeyball(manager) but had zero contact information.
He stated they do not have delivery drivers so if you order through the “Jimmy John Speed Website” they use a 3rd party delivery service. The worker could not tell me if it was Uber Eats or Door Dash.
This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. But based off the previous ratings this Jimmy John’s does not understand or care about customer service on a $125 order.

Ordered food on the app for curbside. Checked in once I got there and waited in the parking lots for 15 minutes. Finally went inside to check on my order, and they just left it on the shelf. If you aren't going to bring them out, then dont offer curbside.

Slowest Jimmy John’s in the world. Most of the time the employees look like they’re being held hostage. They consistently get orders wrong and have had to call me to tell me they don’t have a good delivery driver and can’t deliver delivery orders.

Apparantly this place likes to remove reviews so I'm taking the time to write another event tho this was a last summer, I had a job interview here I went in and I spoke with the manager who said he would be happy to hire me and said he would be in contact with me soon. Well I never heard back from him and they don't answer the phone
