Completely appalled of the behavior of 2 employees on July 9th. My two children and I came in. One employee whispered hurtful comments about my child’s appearance to the other who looked at her and made a disgusted face and they proceeded to laugh. I am grateful my child was unaware that two adults were acting this way. The employee realized that I had heard/witnessed this disgusting behavior and while I maintained direct eye contact watching the entire exchange they proceeded to lie and say they were complimenting her. It was so incredibly rude. And just mind blowing for two adults to make fun of a child.
They also messed my order and had to retake it twice… I hope she was so ashamed by the way they mocked a child that they couldn’t properly do the job.
And our sandwiches were made incorrectly.
Which was fitting for such a terrible experience.

The only store in Missouri you can't use Uber for an order. As soon as you place the order and it goes into the store they instantly give it to their Jimmy John's personal driver breaking the contract with the Uber driver and the customer. Then when the driver shows up they're going to say that it's been some time so they had their driver take it even though it just came through. They do this constantly breaking the Uber drivers contract for their own personal gain. This fraudulent activity is being investigated by Uber eats and highly recommend not ordering anything from the store through Uber. Clearly fraudulent management at this facility. I'm guessing this is how Jimmy John's represents itself. So if you drove all the way to Jimmy John's to pick up an order and they tell you they gave it to a different driver you know they're scamming you.

I don’t who helped me today on 4/30/2025 but they are amazing all three of them!! They were super kind and helpful. They helped me design a sandwich to fit my diet I’m on and I am truly appreciate of them. They made my day for sure!!

This is my go to place for sandwiches. The sandwiches are made to perfection every time.
I don't know who the restaurant owner or manager is, a middle-aged man (he has no hair and has a blue chevy car) was standing in front of the pick up place and was eating and being rude to the employees and customers there. I told him I couldn't see my drink and he snapped at me. It was my last time here.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. Fast and the food is ready for pickup.
The other bad reviews are understandable. My sandwiches were worse than the others pictured/mentioned in other bad reviews. Not to mention very long delivery wait times... for extremely unedible food. It's spotty if they have normal people working there.
I was not having the best night and walked into the store and was greeted by the sweetest worker Odie. He completely turned my night around and made me the best sandwich. I hope management appreciates this employee because you don't see workers who can run an entire store, with a smile on their face. I really hope you guys give him a raise, because it's well deserved! Thanks Odie, you deserved to be recognized 😃

I need the JJs on 291 to deliver to our house because today we lit-erally got a plain slim 1 with NO HAM. Every time we order it’s wrong, but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but we’re done now.

We love Jimmy Johns but every time we order delivery we have issues from this location. Usually about an hour wait.
