I would give zero stars if I could. This place is always understaffed and like others have mentioned below I have been turned away because they can’t get bread made fast enough to keep up.Never order delivery, it’s anything but fast and last time they couldn’t even tell me when it would be delivered. So, after 30 minutes I went to the store and was initially told I had the wrong store which wasn’t true. They had the order but hadn’t started on it. Then on top of that they told me they couldn’t refund the delivery fee and was offered cookies and drinks to compensate.Overall horribly run and I will never be going back there.

understaffed, unprofessional and unorganized. the so called “manager” Devon is a total waste of human life. very disrespectful and inconsiderate. also has horrible body odor, he shouldn’t be in a food establishment

Hit or miss service. Fine if you like Jimmy John's, just make sure you go in and explicitly explain what you want. More than once I've gotten ingredients on sandwiches that aren't listed as part of that sandwich on the menu or app.

The owner of this establishment Mitchell Johnson is a horrible person who doesn't care about anyone but himself I use to work here back in early 2021 into the summer and when this guy started coming around I suddenly began getting less and less hours until one day I was just not on the schedule. Don't give this location any money!!!

Needed my Jimmy John's fix for today. Consistently good like the other locations I've visited. They have the new peppermint double chocolate chip cookies which was very good! Service was quick and I was out the door and on my way.

THIS STORE IS STEALING MONEY!!!!!!!Ordered on 10/31 never got my food, I was told I would get a refund but was called a hour later saying they couldn’t issue the refund and would need to have the managers call. I called the next day and nobody had told the management. It has been more than 2 weeks. I still have not gotten a refund. Carrie has been the only helpful person at the store. Regional manager, Mitchel, never called me only sent a text just after making a complaint to corporate. Still have not gotten my money back. Unprofessional at the least

I was not impressed with the service, cleanliness of the place nor the food. I had to place my in person order twice because the first person didn't know how to ring it in and we had to start over. Then the two sandwiches were not made correctly. Most of the tables were dirty despite there not being any other customers there around noon. Lastly, the people were not friendly, felt like they didn't care we were there.

I love Jimmy johns and I like to get my food delivered there’s three locations in lees summit this is is by far the absolute worst Jimmy johns idk who runs this place but they don’t answer the phone when you call they don’t ever have drivers if they do actually answer management is

This Jimmy John's brand sells a line of sandwiches called "slims." They will add cheese and avocado to these sandwiches but if you ask them to any veggies or sauce, they will flat out refuse to do it. I would ask what the logic to this is but the answer is that there is no logic. It is just a moronic policy that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. The solution is easy though, eat at ANY OTHER sandwich shop, where they will happily add anything they have available to any sandwich. Ya know, like normal people.
