Normally, it's a good smash burger, but this last time, it tasted like a burnt griddle. I could actually smell it before I even took a bite.

The burger patties were completely unseasoned. I think they use a lean beef too, which exacerbates the lack of seasoning to the point that I couldn't finish the burger. The onion in the onion rings was completely flavorless. The chocolate malt might be the best I've ever had though.

Oh the regrets. Burger is not good. Fries don’t have any salt on them. I swear they ran out of salt somehow. Saving grace is the butterscotch milkshake. Otherwise definitely skip it. I bailed on the rest of the food. Fries went to the birds/critters and burger went to a cute dog nearby. Easily the worst meal I’ve had so far in the KC area.

When ordering, I made it simple request of no mustard or tomato to go. Luckily I stayed to eat it(kinda) My burger came with tons of mustard and old lettuce. I sent it back with my receipt that said no tomato no mustard. A few minutes later I received a burger made minus the lettuce this time as well. But I clearly made the cook mad or he just wasn’t up to the job. It had so much salt/pepper on it the cheese wouldn’t even stick to it. It was literally gritty from the seasoning. The worst burger I’ve ever had probably, through over half of it away a left. I had the burgers two years before and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. This time was so bad I may never go back… very disappointed.
