Disappointed in the crab legs. Boiled shrimp was blah, but crayfish was good.

First time here, had the combination frog leg, quail, and duck... the duck was awesome, quail wasn't to far behind it, the frog leg not so much, more crust than meat...duck and quail very flavorful, my mother had catfish...very bland...nice size pieces

We have eaten here twice over the years, after the Ameristar Casino closed their buffet (all you can eat crab legs, specifically). This place is dark and dated (feels like you've walked into 1985), but while this gives the impression that it's also dirty, we have noticed it's very clean. Even high up light fixtures didn't have the dust you'd expect.
The All You Can Eat crab legs are not very good, but since the collapse of the crab leg harvests, it's difficult to find good crab legs any more. That said, the cost for crab legs here is too high.
The food is not good here. It's basically Long John Silver's in a bigger building. Most everything is heavy, batter-fried in oil. While I am sometimes in the mood for this kind of food, the price shouldn't be much higher than Long John Silver's or Captain D's.
I will say that the servers here are out of this world fantastic!!!

Fried catfish and weges were unseasoned and soggy. The food was very bland and disgusting.

The hush puppies came out stale, burned and greasy, as if they had been dropped back in the grease 2-3 times. The fried chicken was also overcooked/burned. The fish was horrible, tough, and overcooked. This was on a Wednesday. We will not be back. The waitress was very nice though.

We just left the restaurant, the service was terrible we waited about 15-20 minutes for the server to take our order and when we decided to leave the restaurant she was on her phone, they did not care that we were leaving, we are not coming back!

My husband and I usually eat here a few times a year and itâs always so good and the staff are very attentive and wonderful, until last night. We went there last night for our anniversary and it just didnât seem the same. The waiter is usually very good, but he mustâve been having an off night. Our hush puppies were cold and gross. The hot sauce bottle was not clean and had crusty hot sauce all the way down the side. They werenât even very busy but our waiter forgot to bring out our sauces before our food arrived, and when he set our food on our table some slid off of my plate on to the floor, and he just said âoopsâ and acted like it was no big deal. He never asked if we needed anything else, ever. He never knew it was our anniversary because he just was not personable at all like a waiter should be. In the end, the food was pretty good, besides those hush puppies I had to spit out, but the experience was not good at all. Iâm not sure we will ever go back.

I wish they would remodel, And really look at the stall doors in the barhrooms. But the food and service is great.
