Just ate at Jumpin’ Catfish. We waited ONE HOUR for our food which was cold. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we got there. I asked the people at the register about our order and that we had been waiting a long time. They said nothing and seemed not to care. When a person from the kitchen FINALLY brought our food, I asked what happened to our order. She copped an attitude and said: “Everyone came in at once”. Yes. It’s always best to act defensive, rude and LIE when YOU have done something wrong…NOT. All was needed was an apology without attitude. We will not be back.
Cannot recommend this place. Granted, we were there with a large group but, the kitchen prepares the food 1 ticket at at time. Bring it out when they do. My chicken was cold and dry. My baked potato was cold. Didn't get butter or sour cream. After 2 requests I got it, but the rest of my table was done eating. Other requests for items were never fulfilled. And then they add 20% tip for bad food and lousy service. No thanks.

This treasure may show some age, but the food is delicious and the folks are some of the hardest working people I've had the pleasure to be around. You get your money's worth at this wonderful restaurant.Parking: There is plenty of parking in front and near the entrance.Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of choices for the kids. Very fresh and delicious.
