Typically when my wife and I come here. There is a man named Steve that goes above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. This time he was not here and the service was way below average. Had to wait 10 mins to get our order taken when we was the only ones there. Every employee was in the office. Once they came out they acted like they didn't wanna come up and help us. We had coupons for a two piece breast and wing. The manager didn't even look at the coupon and gave us a leg and thigh. We asked for it to be fixed and they just threw the breast and wing on it with out asking if it was original or extra crispy. Nor did I get a chance to say it. Our side was fries that was hard and barely warm. This is a horrible experience when you barely have any money and this is what you get in return. One customer told them the lobby floor was wet that they need a wet floor sign but they never did anything about it. Then another customer almost fell on it due to their negligence. Idk if we'll be ever coming back

We ordered online more than an hour ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes to get all of our food. One bag was ready before we got there, meaning it sat there for 20+ minutes, while we waited on the others. Then the fries were soggy, we were missing 2 large mashed potato & gravy combos, and they ran out of biscuits, even though we, again, placed our order more than an hour in advance of when we wanted to pick it up. It was frustrating to say the least.

Ordered seven piece double mash with a large Dr Pepper and a jalapeño didn’t get my biscuits and didn’t get my jalapeño sad part is I didn’t check till I got home

Unfortunately this was some of the worst service and quality of food. I ordered from the mobile app. When they brought the food to the counter I asked if they put the mashed potato poppers and apple pie bites in the bag this time (last time they did not and I just let it go then because things do happen and I understand that). The girl assured me that they did. I then proceeded to check to find that a portion of my entire order was missing. I kindly told her that it was missing and she smiled and said OH WE DON'T HAVE THAT. I asked what she meant? I had just ordered from the app for that location. She said we don't have that. I said then give me my money back for them please. She said well actually you can't have your money back. Excuse me. I paid for food that I did not receive. I want the food or my money. She said well then pick something from the menu. I said just give me mashed potatoes and gravy then. Suddenly another employee says we can make the poppers but it will be six minutes. Okay then I will wait because I would like what I ordered. Not even 4 minutes later another employee rudely tells my child that was waiting SHE IS BAGGING YOUR FOOD NOW. Uh, what happened to the six minutes to cook them? When we received them they were clearly sitting there the entire time as it was all old and cold not even fresh as I was now expecting. The chicken was cold. The tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. One order of the mashed potatoes did not have gravy. There was no sauce that was specifically asked for and when my child asked for butter for the biscuits they tossed a handful at her. We stop at this location once a month when we make a trip up there and tonight was an awful experience all the way around. They were not busy (with this service) I can understand why. I was willing to wait for them to make the food properly I never not once rushed them and then they only delivered half the food and expected me to just be okay with that after paying over $40.

KFC in general has gone down in quality.
Service was friendly and fast but I specifically ordered and 8 piece meal and stipulated 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs and 2 drums. pretty standard issue for a half/half bucket.
Get home, 4 thighs, 4 drums. I don't know if they've changed the recipe but it just did not taste like KFC of old.
$32 for an 8 piece, greasy meal and all dark meet when I ordered half/half. Look like I will drive to KCKS to Go Chicken Go from now on.

I only get the spicy chicken sandwich. Which, only the sauce they put on it is spicy, not the chicken itself. Under $6 for the sandwich alone and it's tasty every time. Popeyes is still better, sorry lol.

Everyone has a bad day. But this was your second chance. IT was a fail. You don't know what original is both times,the flavor was nasty and even the pieces were scrawny and weird cuts. I thinking of KFC all morning, but didn't want to drive to Independence mo. For good chicken. Make No mistake, I will not be back. And will share this opinion with everyone I speak to.

Never eat here!
The last two times we ordered extra crispy chicken breast. They have no problem taking your money and your order on the internet then you drive all the way there to pick up your food and they don't have chicken breast or they don't have extra crispy. That's false advertising! If they don't have the food they offer on the menu why do they take your money? Two times in a row! There won't be a third time for us!
So rude and smerky about it!
