Never eat here! The last two times we ordered extra crispy chicken breast. They have no problem taking your money and your order on the internet then you drive all the way there to pick up your food and they don't have chicken breast or they don't have extra crispy. That's false advertising! If they don't have the food they offer on the menu why do they take your money? Two times in a row! There won't be a third time for us! So rude and smerky about it! Terrible customer service even when you call the hotline! Horrible customer service! The worst food ever! FALSE ADVERTISING IS WHAT THEY OFFER! A total waste of time. Never again!!!!!

I wanted to try the chicken strips based on the commercials I had been seeing. There were no meals on sale. So I bought the $20 bucket. I was supposed to get gravy and sauces. They did not give me my gravy. The strips were very skinnt, small and not very crispy. The potato poppers were not very good. I think they were underdone. I probably will not be ordering that again anytime soon. I do like the extra crispy fried chicken. I wish I had gotten that instead.

Went to try the Nashville hot tenders. When I received my order, it was in a normal paper bag, with a plastic bag around it. I thought nothing of it, got home, and set it on my desk to eat. When I took it out, I realized that there was about a gallon of oil inside of the bag, which then spilled onto my mousepad and permanently stained it. If you want to oil up yourself and all of your surroundings, go to this location. If you want food, go literally anywhere else.

The chicken was horrible!! Not cooked all the way and the fries were Ice cold once I got home and I'm only 3 minutes away from the Restaurant! However, friendly staff and fast service.

Have never entered the restraunt so I can't comment on the service but I've ordered multiple times from Uber and I'm glad for the quality of their food. I used to live in Overland Park before I came to lees summit and the kfc I ordered from there had pink meat or the skin was too dry and crispy when I ordered original recipe.
This location gets the chicken down just right.
