I went to lean kings on Saturday and ordered the fried shrimp basket. I think the shrimp were frozen at any rate they were awful crispy on the outside but mushy and soggy on the inside. No texture at all from the shrimp itself it also tasted like the inside was partially raw overall no good I'm especially disappointed because the is a seafood establishment. Kinda like Red lobster. They boast about being a seafood giant but cannot deliver???? Very sorry about this but I won't spend money here again.

Solid service, good food. It was served quickly and it was a nice hot meal. Went with the spicy butter. Will definitely be returning for another meal there!

If I drink, when I drink I it is Tanqueray. It was a very stupid remark made like I don't have that but I got some kind of tequila. They are by no means comparable. It's Mother's day mind yo We did not stay.Atmosphere was great, not over crowded. Very clean that's my contribution. Sometimes it's better to be quiet than to make a fool of yourself.

Compared to when I used to go to this great seafood place to now!!! Not impressed at all, shrimp was cold and potatoes were not done, sausage was over boiled if there is a thing like) & the drink was initially full of syrup and too sweet. The gentleman fixed the drink but we left most of the food there as no one would eat it.Bottom line….. The quality of food and drinks were not worth close to $100 for 2 people for dinner when I know I enjoyed the food at plenty local restaurants in Lee’s Summit for 1/2 the price and 3 rounds of drinks. 54th Street Grill!!! ✌?Will not be going here again!

Good food, friendly staff. One of the owners stopped by our table to share their appreciation for us coming in. We were pleasantly surprised by the large food portions! The wife and I each had a 17-pc shrimp dinner (w/ corn, potatoes, and a large sausage included), way too much food for two people. We enjoyed leftovers the next day. Would recommend if you want seafood in a friendly, laid back environment. There was no wait on a Saturday night, but maybe it was due to weather.

My favorite place for crab legs. Extremely expensive, but you get what you pay for. You cant buy crab legs and shrimp from anywhere and expect for it not to be expensive. Make sure you get an order of fried mushrooms to go with it. They are what dreams are made of. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. Seriously, don't be d**** Just get them.

My Mother and I had visited this restaurant for the first last night. The food was cooked fresh; unfortunately after getting home, and immediately eating the food. We started to feel sick, very badly sick, I had a diarrhea and used it on myself. My Mother was sick the worse. All night long. When I called the restaurant , one of the employees was getting an attitude, I didn't get her name, but she was very argumentative and even accusing me of trying to get free food. I said" do you want your customers to bring you a stool sample from their diarrhea? Want them to bring you a bag of vomit as proof that your food made them sick. I said me and my mother and I hadn't eaten anything all day until we step in your establishment that night and ordered food. There is no speculation. I asked for her manager and her manager was more calm and collective and unfortunately she told me her hands are tied. she kept apologizing and saying sorry. But there's nothing that she can do. She also told me she doesn't know what the batter is that they cook the fish. I asked if the battery that the mix for the fish has MSG. She said she's not sure and they don't know they tried to tell the customers if they have an allergy or something. But they think it has MSG my mother and I were not told this when we stepped into an establishment and said that we are first time customers. First time we've been to this establishment. So I asked for refund and they said unfortunately because of recent policy changes that done by the owners and they have no idea what the mixture is that the owners mix for the fish. The mixture has MSG in it and if my mother gets any sicker I'm going to have to rush her to in hospital. My mother and I will not be returning to this establishment because this is pure negligence in my opinion to nullify their customers of what's in the food in case they have any kind of allergies food allergies. It would seem to me they've been getting people sick and most people won't complain they just won't return .
