Love Llewellyn's all over! It was great finding one in lees summit! This location is just as good as the rest and has their own flair!!! Its cool that they have a fountain since kc is known for their fountains

Vegetarian options: Not a ton of options, but they work with you really well

Dietary restrictions: Not a ton of options, but they work with you really well

Parking: Not predictable but there is free parking.

Kid-friendliness: 🤷‍♂️ maybe not like 100% but like 98%? It's a pub, but its not at all a place to avoid because of kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs about and its dark themed

I enjoy my experience every-time I’m here. However on multiple occasions I’ve had the worst experience with the bartender Larry. I’m always so giving and kind. He always has the worst attitude. Yet I’ve brushed it off and moved on. The last last time I was there I couldn’t look past his unprofessional rudeness. I drink High Noons. I order anything but Cherry due to an allergy. Larry was our bartender and I ordered another drink. He brought me cherry. I kindly explained I’m sorry but I’m allergic. He was so frustrated walking away shaking his head pouring out the can and throwing it harshly. I felt so unfortunate and didn’t mean to upset him. I think as a bartender in consumer service you could be a bit more understanding of the situation. Especially when I explained to the other bar tender my allergies and he just brought a different kind. Definitely a discomfort and hesitation of coming back. This is not the first time he has been rude during service. Just be kind. In your position it’s important and makes us feel more comfortable in the establishment. Lose the attitude!

They have a very nice Gluten Free menu and knowledgeable servers. I had the Caesar salad with steak and it was fabulous! The steak was cooked perfectly and the salad was delicious (and I'm kind of a Caesar salad snob.) My only disappointment was that they did not have Holidaily Beer, which they have at their other location on the East side of the state, further away from the brewery! But they do have nice wine, so that was OK. They do have GF Ciders, but Ciders are not beer....

My husband had the Shepard's Pie and loved it, which is saying a lot because he is always searching for a good Shepard's Pie.

We will be back

The wife and I stopped in on a lazy Saturday afternoon for a cold beer and some appetizers. I asked for a cold glass to pour my beer in but had to wait for them to chill one, which they did, but never had a bar, not have them prechilled. We had the Pub Pickles and Spinach Artichoke Dip. Pickles were not very good, minimal breading that was over fried. However, the dip was really tasty. Service was average, and the atmosphere was good with plenty of TV's and cool AC. We may try it again and try something off the main menu.

Server was a little slow to greet us, but after that she was very attentive. I wonder why the servers don't dress more professionally though. I know it's a pub, but I should be able to tell the difference between a customer and a server, and I couldn't at all. The food was good--not a particular draw for the future but good, and the ambience was pleasant. I was bummed that the musicians on the general schedule poster don't seem to be Irish, so we didn't bother to stay for that. That was okay, because we were tired, but I prefer my Irish pubs to go the whole mile and feature Irish music. The only thing that really bothered me about this pub, though, is the acoustics. The football games were on and fans were yelling and screaming so loud that it was literally painful to hear. That doesn't usually bother me so much, so I think it's the pub's acoustics. Be aware of this you are noise- sensitive.

Wow! Such amazing service from my bartender, Catelyn! She was so attentive and even added ice to my drink, as it was quite a hot afternoon! 10 out of 10, would most definitely recommend.
