My wife and I moved to Lee’s Summit 4 years ago and have always wanted to try this place and finally decided to tonight. I was thoroughly impressed. I set my expectations low, but they were blown out of the water. Excellent pizza and great selection of local brews. The service was great and friendly. I’m ashamed I didn’t try this place sooner. One of my new local faves. Easy recommendation for anyone. Friends, family, and everything in between.

Longbell Pizza is an absolute hidden gem in Lee’s Summit. The food is always on point!My go-to is the Margherita pizza, which is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. I also can’t recommend the IPA wings enough; they’re packed with flavor and pair perfectly with their delicious dipping sauce. My kids get the personal pizzas! They have an impressive beer selection and a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a spot I keep coming back to.

I ordered the Init for the Brisket pizza with a cream cheese sauce, with bacon, red onions, candied jalapeños and nice chunks of beef burnt ends. Was a bit skeptical, but was very pleased. Now it was a bit spicy with the jalapeño but not too hot. The soft drinks were expensive, should have gotten 3 refills to make it worth getting. 1 pizza and 2 soft drinks came out over $40 + tip. Could have gotten a steak and baked potato for that price. But it was a good pizza and had no...
