Long John Silver's / A&W

I used to come here with family years ago, they have a good burger. Last time they closed the grill 40 minutes before closing time so I couldnt get a burger. Came here today at 1pm, apparently the grill had been accidentally turned off so it took just short of 20 minutes for a burger and I was late back for work. And, although it has a good bun and good meat/chz/bread ratio and is normally good, it was burned.

I knocked off 2 stars because it took a little over 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. But they nailed the order, everything was fresh and tasty. As long as the food stays that way... I'll keep coming around!

Very slow service it seems as if we are in low inckme area

I was craving Long John Silvers. Did a search and even though the reviews were bad I decided to take a chance. WRONG!!! From the terrible customer service to the moment I had to throw the food in the trash when I got home was a train wreck. The food tasted as though these people threw some fish, hushpuppies and fries from a week ago in some grease real quick to warm it over. It was truly disgusting. Inedible for me and my family. I almost called my bank to dispute the charge but it wasn't worth the time and hassle. I just won't be going back and wanted to make sure anyone reading this visits this place informed but at your own risk. You've been warned - it's gross!!!!!

So disappointed. Went to the one in Lee’s Summit today. Spent almost $40. Fries were soft and cold. Had to throw out. Fish was way greasy. My drink was all ice. Maybe tablespoon of Pepsi. Sure won’t go back. I could have gone to Red Lobster. Has totally gone down hill since I was there last

the service was slow and my dad and I order 6 hush puppy's and only got 3 never eating Here aigan this is the worse place ever

Food was good, main reason I’m here writing this review is because the young man working the drive thru (Donte J.) was extremely kind and professional . Our food did take a bit to be ready but they were busy. After receiving my food and driving off I noticed my order was missing an item. I called and Donte answered. He personally took the time to bring out the food that was missing out to my car since the lobby is currently close due to Covid-19. I hope this young man gets recognized for what a great job he is doing as he has great customer service skills!!

Food was fast, hot, and all there/ correct. Guy in the drive thru was friendly. Not disappointed at all with having to drive out of my way

Worst place ever. If u want food tomorrow order today. and taste sucks. save time and money urself

food is good....someone please repair the parking lot.....especially the drive thru. A small car could be lost in some of those holes.

Ordered meal thru GrubHub. Order was incorrect when arrived. Couldnt reach the store by phone. Had to go to the store to get replacement and it took 45 min to get food.

Service is incredibly slow. Took 45 minutes as first in the drive thru line to get my order. I only ordered enough for one person btw. And two employees left in the middle of making my food. One employee is messing around with his phone/charger/headphones over by the window and not working and this location needs totally new staff or shut down.

I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt. Food quality is a 4 out of 5 food was fresh hot and delicious although the wait can be unbearable I would rather wait for decent food then go to the one in Grandview ever again. The inside is closed so drive thru is your only option unfortunately.

Ordered a meal through the drive-through. Very rude employee, failed to place basic utensils or napkins in the bag! This is greasy food. Lazy and incompetent. The building looked to be in poor condition I should have known better. Google really needs a negative star review system. Negative 10 stars!!!

Drive thru was ridiculously slow. Took over 10 minutes, one car in front of me. One person in the lobby. Wth? When I finally got my food, it was hot. Plenty of tartar sauce.
