I’ve been going to LC for years and have never had an issue before but today just struck a nerve with how rude a particular young lady was. I’m always polite and upbeat as I know how it feels to work with the general public. I think it’s imperative the entire staff go through customer service training. Needless to say and based on other comments, moving forward I will not spend any more money at LC. Hopefully the owner/manager sees this and takes note to look at how their employees are interacting with customers.

I just had a black coffee (I think the price went up) this time but service was fast and friendly as always. I love that it is always decorated for holidays. The new paint and wallpaper will make it even more cozy. Just wish there were more seats inside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love Coffee in Lee’s Summit (off 150 Hwy) continues to impress! The menu has really expanded since I first visited when it opened. They now have a drive-through and a nice outdoor seating area, which makes it even more convenient.
I always grab the protein peanut butter balls; they’re my favorite, and the coffee is always flavorful and consistent. I noticed they recently added egg bites to the menu, so I decided to try one. I did see on the board that the “s” was crossed off, so I knew I was only getting one, but I’ll admit I was a little surprised by the size for the price. However, after eating it, I was actually satisfied and pleasantly surprised by how filling it was.
The staff is always so kind and helpful. They even offered to remake my coffee when I forgot to mention my creamer preference, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely keep coming back. 💕☕️ #AllHeartAndHustle #ShopLocal

Cute little coffee shop in Lee’s Summit! I got a flavored latte with white chocolate and hazelnut with cold foam on top (photo attached) and it was AMAZING. I came in with a party of 7 and the barista was so kind and calm which was much appreciated, especially for our party size. Coffee was amazing and the atmosphere was even better. Would recommend!
