Club sandwich was very good, however the chili was not do desirable. The staff was polite. However tables were dirty and we had to ask that they be wiped clean.

Been eating here a long time and today was very disappointing, we got the mcalister's club under the top piece of was only a extremely small piece of tomatoe and a very little piece of lettuce no bacon the rest of it had very little meat it's like only 1/3 of the sandwich that we got a few weeks ago. So don't know if it's a mess up or if they're into the game of over charging their customers and cutting back on the product. It seems companies now only care about the dollar and their customers satisfaction means nothing but crap

I will say I went a while back and wanted the 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup to go. They didn't have small lids (not my fault) and said they would have to charge me for a large. This is restaurant 101. You either offer the large for the same price, or just put the smaller portion in the larger cup. They made the poor young kid who was taking orders explain this to me rather than coming out and telling me in person. Bad move

Busy lunch time but think they overlooked our order. Waited about 30 min to get our sandwiches
Loved this place, always have. But when you have a toddler, waiting 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a side of mac n cheese is ridiculous. Anytime we asked for the status of our order they just kept saying, "soon" as I watched the runners in the back jack around, laughing and avoiding everyone else waiting. I would've been more understanding if they were honest and said they were behind or it was going to be longer than expected. I would've actually cancel my order and gone somewhere else.

Had the new chicken bacon ranch Flatbread it was awful ?. First time didn't like something that they had was very disappointed wasted money. The tea was delicious never go wrong with that.

It took 45 minutes to get 4 sandwiches because door dash orders were taking precedence over in house customers....absolutely ridiculous.
