Women's restroom was filthy. Trashcan was overflowing, the floors and toilets looked like they had not been cleaned in days. Picked up my to go order and my sandwich was mostly bread and cheese with a couple pieces of pork. Dont recommended at all and would have given negative stars if possible.

Tip before paying,no one there should be tipped,my sandwich was so small it should be advertised as a slider, not very impressed, sorry probably won't be back felt ripped off.

Employees clearly don't care. Food sloppy, cold, and slow. Pay more money to get better employees. Hope this place shuts down.

Sandwich was horribly small. First time my husband ate here. He was quite excited after seeing pictures on website. He said it was a huge let down & didn't even finish his sandwich.

This Lees Summit location is very clean and has an attractive courtyard not found in others in their chain. The staff is always friendly and quick. The food is good, particularly salad entrees and most sandwiches. They did put a spin on a classic sandwich, the BLT, that had avocado spread which pretty much ruined it. I suggest asking what comes on the item so you won't be disappointed. Otherwise, this is a 5 star fast food spot.

McAlister's is always good, just nothing over the top. This location always seems very busy, but the food typically comes out quick.

Soup and salad combo was fairly good but not stellar. My main concern is that the ancient and tiny credit card payment device forced you to tip without even seeing the amount. The employee said it will ask you a question (none appeared in the tiny box). When I said “I don’t see anything” she said use the arrows to pick an amount. It is usually 20, 25 percent etc.”. No option to opt out of tipping someone to take my order and bring it to my table. When I said “how much did I tip you I have no idea? Was it $250 dollars”. Her reply was “oh I wouldn’t let that happen.” If you are making tipping an option you need a tablet sized screen with all information displayed. Ridiculous and ruined my experience.

The young lady on the cash register (black hair, necklace with a green stone, no name tag) was incredibly rude for no reason. I picked a choose two and she didn't even want to know what entrees I wanted on it. She kept tapping her fingers like she was in a hurry (even though no one was behind us) and barely acknowledged our existence. The food was fine but overpriced for the portions and quality. I will say the tea and lemonade are always excellent.
