It's McDonald's!!! We go for breakfast on the way to school. Use the app if you want to save a couple of bucks. The drive thru crew is awesome. They are very friendly and always say have a good day.

It's mcdonalds.... do people actually read the reviews of any McDs? They all are somehow keeping people coming in without any major menu changes or major ingredient quality changes. This McDonald's is decent. Staff is friendly for the most part. I frequent this place for the kiddo. Never any issues

I have had multiple problems with this location. The most recent relates to their “Buy a McRib meal, get a second McRib for only $1!” promotion. I paid the dollar. I only got one McRib. This was after I had to sit in front of the store for about 10 minutes while they prepared our food. During that 10-minute period, you would think they would have had time to cook another McRib. I had so many other items, because I was buying for the whole family, that I didn’t notice until I got home.

Usually this McDonald’s is decent but the last two I visited it was horrible. I ordered happy meals with ketchup and they gave me two packets to split for 3 happy meals. I asked politely for more ketchup to only receive a single packet. Idk if they have a policy on how much ketchup they are allowed to hand out at a time but I feel like it should be based on the number of meals ordered. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but the chicken was tough like it was sitting under the heat lamp a little too long.My daughter barely had any French fries with her happy meal. I know those fries are small but it seemed like half of her fries fell out of her container before they even got into her happy meal box. I’m thankful I ordered large fries with my meal instead of my usual medium. My son also didn’t receive any apples in his happy meal.
McDonald’s is a once a month treat for my family. My kids get excited every time I pull into the parking lot. It’s very disappointing when I’m spending the time with my kids I constantly have to go back up to the counter and ask for something that’s missing or for more ketchup, or a fresh sandwich. I also hate feeling like I’m bothering people and have a fear of someone messing with my food because I’m that annoying person. After the second time visiting the counter after my food was handed to me I just suck it up and deal with whatever was handed to me. Which I shouldn’t have to do that.

Overall quality has dropped at this location recently. Burned buns, slow service, order mistakes. Every visit there has been something wrong. Today's issue: when you ask the customer to pull up to the window because their order is taking longer to prepare than it should take, please make sure the order is correct. The person handing out the order runs away before you can check the accuracy. Meaning the customer has to drive around, go in and try to get someone to help making the order right. What has happened to this location? Its gone from best to worse fast.

I do not get why it’s so hard to get orders correct and after asking multiple times for sauce for nuggets, we asked three times and it was still not in the bag and all this after having to drive to this location after they messed up our order because we were shorted half our food and SAUSE, it’s not that hard I don’t get it

They almost always get the order right but the service is always slow. You're almost always guaranteed to be told to pull forward and wait.
They've also begun marking curbside mobile orders as complete, even though they haven't been delivered yet, in order to help their metrics.
