It says open on christmas but hours may vary, why is there multiple mcdonalds closed if their website states they are open??

You make a order for no ketchup and no pickles and they consistently give you everything on it even though the tag says no ketchup and no pickles. This has happened multiple times. This is ridiculous. They are horrible.

Hands down the worst McDonalds around. It feels like it is mandatory that the employees forget items in my order. I know I’m just a fool for continually hoping that one day they will get my order correct. I hate complaining, but it’s just so frustrating. I’m just done. I’ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to the one on 50 highway and Todd George.

This is my local McDonald's. It's the worst one in town. Slow and the amount of food they have forgotten in my orders over the years has probably bankrolled at least one employees full 8 hour shift. But what do you do? Drive across town for overpriced not great food? This prompted as a suggested review because I had it this morning 11/7/2025. 23 dollars for breakfast for my wife, me and my dogs. Two value meals with coffees and two sausage biscuits. I also ordered a free hash brown from the app. Out of the orders I was pulled forward without hashbrowns or drinks. The man bringing the rest brought me drinks with no hash browns. I said three hashbrowns. He brought two. I drove off after I got down the road I realized they gave me a medium iced coffee instead of a large. There was no way I was going back. But I'll be there again. McDonald's pretty much monopolized good enough to consume drive through breakfast foods. If it's not your local one go to the one on Chipman.

They've opted to charge customers for sauces that should be included as is. But also then don't add those sauces that should have been included that you made us pay for. Had kids there blocking the drive thru that weren't told to leave the premises. Employees give no regard to customers. Definitely not a great location to go to any time in the afternoon/ evening.
Last two times ive been here its taken 30+ mins for food. 7+ cars in parking spots waiting for food. They said they are “understaffed” while i see multiple workers here. I would like to think thats just them under working.

VERY RUDE drive through workers. Lady taking our payment didn’t greet us or say anything else other than our total. Lady giving us the food stuck the bag out and handed it over. No “anything else, any sauces, thank you, etc” Food was very sloppy

It's McDonald's!!! We go for breakfast on the way to school. Use the app if you want to save a couple of bucks. The drive thru crew is awesome. They are very friendly and always say have a good day.

It's mcdonalds.... do people actually read the reviews of any McDs? They all are somehow keeping people coming in without any major menu changes or major ingredient quality changes. This McDonald's is decent. Staff is friendly for the most part. I frequent this place for the kiddo. Never any issues
