I always order $5 meals for everyone all the same but one which they seem to skip right over everytime. Then get and attitude shit talked in Spanish (I myself fluent) when I try to get what I paid for.
It's your average McDonald's, service is good and food is fine. The inside is nice enough.
Same basic faire, it all depends on the location a lot of times. But this location does a good job and is a lot cleaner than most.
Been forever since I have been. But not just McDonald's, not eating out at all really.
Quick and easy as always.
Everyone here has been very polite the handful of times I have been here. Even if I've needed something corrected or fixed, they have been very polite and gotten it corrected for me with a smile on their face and a good attitude. The crew is always cool here.
The service here is fast and the employees are always nice. Food is hot and tastes fresh.
Quick and very friendly staff
Dirty, disorganized and seemingly understaffed. Felt sorry for the employees. I'll never understand how restaurants like Chik-Fil-A and Culvers have such a better customer experience in fast food when they are competing for the same customers.
Although the food is fine, the employees at this location are extremely rude and not understanding. If they mess up your order, which has happened now multiple times, they act like it’s your fault and act disgruntled and inconvenienced to fix it for you.

What is the point of mobile orders if they aren't ready when you arrive? They are telling me I have to be here 5mins before....might as well just order at the store. Now they won't even help me cancel the order. Extremely unprofessional!!! And now I go to work hungry. Not cool at all.
It's McDonald's. Over priced corporate food

For a nicer area in Lees Summit, this location has kind of gone downhill the last couple of years. We dined in tonight around 7pm. The service was good, and the food was good. However, most of the tables had ketchup or some type of food soiling them from previous customers, and the floor was littered with sauce tubs, paper, or food. The restaurant was not terrible busy, and there were a number of employees as well as the manager working the kitchen area. It would probably be a good idea to send an employee out to walk the dining area inside every hour or so just to make things a little cleaner and less trashy. One of the managers was looking at me as I took this picture of floor fries just inside the front entry door.

Says on their site that they open at 5 am I waited until 535 am 15mins before I had to be at work and they were closed. Never in my life have I been in a town where mcds doesn't open until five or even six. Just so sad the money that mcds is losing out on.
