Everyone here has been very polite the handful of times I have been here. Even if I've needed something corrected or fixed, they have been very polite and gotten it corrected for me with a smile on their face and a good attitude. The crew is always cool here.
For a nicer area in Lees Summit, this location has kind of gone downhill the last couple of years. We dined in tonight around 7pm. The service was good, and the food was good. However, most of the tables had ketchup or some type of food soiling them from previous customers, and the floor was littered with sauce tubs, paper, or food. The restaurant was not terrible busy, and there were a number of employees as well as the manager working the kitchen area. It would probably be...
