wonderful guy working in drive through. he is always chipper and makes this a great experience.
Paid over $9 to upgrade my two burrito value meal with a “Cafe Mocha” (medium), walked with my food and coffee across the street, sat at my desk, opened the lid to find this. C’mon McDonalds! You can do better than this! Ordered a medium, got less than a small in a medium cup!
The employees were all so wonderful and delightful. They brought out all of our food to our table & even apologized for the wait, though it probably wasn't much more then 5 minutes from the time we ordered. When I realized my grilled chicken sandwich was fried, I brought it up to the counter where they politely replaced it with a corrected sandwich and added some free cookies for the inconvenience. The place looks all spiffy. Customers have noted that the food quality is good, with accurate orders and full portions. Interestingly, some have even observed the staff actively wiping down tables and keeping the front counter clean. The staff at this McDonald's location are generally attentive and proactive, with the morning lady staff described as nice. However, the food can sometimes taste like it was grabbed from an expired bin, with a hard and cold bun, and cold fries that look like they’ve been sitting for a long time, especially close to closing. If you are lucky and go close to closing time, they might make you a fresh burger and fries. There's a touch screen robot thing that takes orders. Sometimes, there's a 2 out of 10 chance they mess up your order or things are missing from your bag when you order take-out.
