Rather disappointed in the proper food handling procedures. When bagging foods, HOT & COLD foods do NOT get placed in the same bag. These get bagged separately for reasons pertaining to FOOD SAFETY. Particularly the Danger Zone. Delivery orders are subject to the same health codes! These items should have been bagged separately before being placed in the McDelivery bag.

Across the board at most restaurants, the tables were not actively monitored and not cleaned. I hate when I have to clean the tables

I normally don't complain, honestly if there's a mistake most of the time I write it off. I came in tonight, Jan 16 around 10pm and specifically pointed out that the last few times I've order the Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese it never has bacon on it. I'm paying the extra money for the bacon and yet I never get any bacon on it when I order it. I would have thought that pointing it out would have helped? But still, I paid 1.40 difference for bacon and did not receive it. Most of the time we order at this location the service is not that great(this wasn't the case tonight, the person on the mic was actually pretty nice). If you come in the mornings, though? The service sucks. Half the time I feel like the employees are angry at me for even ordering in the mornings. :/ Anyway, it's just a little disappointing and I think I'll be double checking my food before I drive off from now on.
The girl who brought my food out was too lazy to walk around to the driver side open window to hand me my food. Instead she wrapped on my passenger window and pointed for the window to go down. Unbelievable laziness come on that's why you're so fat walk a little bit! The Filet-O-Fish was cold and Tiny.

A fine McDonald’s with good order accuracy which is rare these days. All of the morning lady staff are nice. There’s a guy who sometimes works the window in the mornings who is a real grinch with ketchup. Doesn’t matter what or how much you order. He’ll give you two packets and balk if you ask for more. You’d think his bonus is based on how much ketchup he denies customers.
Aside from the ketchup grinch, this is a decent McDonald’s and I visit way too much.

Waited for 35 minutes in the pick up spot for three items. Ended up needing to refund because of it. Be prepared to wait sit-down restaurant times for a drive through.
We witness tables being wiped down 😱! I’ve genuinely never seen a mcdonalds wipe anything down. Everything was stocked and wiped, the front counter was attentive and actively cleaning. The food was good and was actually full. 100% the best mcdonald’s I’ve been to in a long while. Great staff!
