I got a hankering for some french fries and they were great! — However, I won't do it again! Not because the food was bad, it's just obvious to EVERYONE, for $4 more I could have had an awesome Chicken bowl at Chipotle's! — Prices are WAY TOO HIGH! — Shame on you! — $5 for a box of damn fries! — Corporate greed! Everyone knows it! Stay home and save your money till they bring regular prices back...

It’s hit or miss. Half the time the fries are old and cold. They definitely don’t always follow the timers like they should. Likely to keep down food costs. Most locations do this though. The people are always friendly, but the food value just isn’t there like it used to be due to rising prices.

Always make sure to check the app for a coupon. Some items seem to always be Buy 1 get 1 for $1 when you order through the app but not at the drive through.

I have gone to two different store to try to get food, both stores did not have any signs up stating they are closed only other than one place that had a “closed at 9 pm” that one with that signed is the one on Chipman Road. There were cars in the parking lot and no one picking up the phone. I know that it’s New Year’s Day but have no signs up stating that you are close is unprofessional and seeing cars in the parking up and the lights on, I worked in the fast food business so I know a few things. But never would I ever not answer someone in the drive through when you have been open for an HOUR nor pick up the phone. Both stores had MULTIPLE cars we had to inform that no one was taking orders even tho lights are on and cars are in the parking lot.

Tonight I made an online order for food at this location. The staff that prepared and served my food were very nice. However I made the mistake of driving off without looking in my bags to ensure my order was correct. I live 5 mins away. When I go home, I opened my bag to see that my cookies and a Big Mac that I ordered were missing from the bag. So I called the store and asked to speak with a manager on duty. The woman that answered was BEYOND rude. I asked her name and she wouldn’t tell me. I asked her again and she hung up on me. I will NEVER purchase a meal from this location again. Someone needs to train this woman on customer service asap!!! All I wanted was to come back and get my missing items, but was instead not heard, treated rudely and not satisfied. Never again.

The guy in the 2nd window some mornings needs to learn how to make the coffees right. This has happened so many times with the same guy where I have received a nasty drink. When others are in the window they make it correct. It’s disappointing starting my day off like that. Every time I see him I can count on my drink tasting horrible

Clean, reasonably staffed, the drive thru crawls so I typically go inside to order at the kiosk, however, the kiosk almost NEVER print receipts so no one knows their order number.

Poop on the bathroom wall!!! Water pressure is terrible and the restrooms as well.

It was nearly empty, so service was fast. Not sure how I feel just being able to use the lips, what if I have questions. I'd have to leave the kios ask questions and then go back to the kios and potentially lose my place at the kios. Anyway, overall experience was good.
