I ordered ahead in the app and then after waiting for another 10 minutes at curbside I called asking where my order was. They said it would be right out and after another 5 minutes they came out and forgot our drinks. Took over 20 minutes to get my food and drinks and I didn’t even customize a single item! Slowest experience I’ve ever had!

Clean, polite employees. Food was exactly as expected.
First off all of your employees are so rude at night. None of them ever acknowledge me and they practically throw my food in my face. They always seem to forget my sauce or a burger. The wait time for my food was over 15 minutes long and all of the food was cold. This McDonald's is the worst in lees summit.

Still just not what it used to be. Wanted to charge me .50 for mayo!!! I was letting them keep the ketchup mustard pickle and onion. Just wanted a tiny bit of mayo. SAD!!!! Never going to McD ever again

I go to this McDonald’s least 2-3 times a week. Everyone I speak to are always so friendly. The morning crew are amazing! Always make a great day with a smile . I love the incentives on the app .

Back in September I had lady in the drive thru belittle me and overall be very mean. She said an order very fast, I thought she said mine and when I realized my mistake she belittled me for that. I had a mobile order and she demanded I pay and didn’t understand I had paid in the app. I was fragile at the time since I was getting my dogs last meal (euthanasia) and I started bawling at the second window after the lady in the first window basically shoved me off and wanted the second window to deal with me after not understanding the mobile situation.
Management made up for it, they were very apologetic and offered a free meal but I sped off after receiving my food because I was a wreck.
I know customer service is hard.. but I wasn’t being rude or hard to work with. It doesn’t take anything to be kind or patient😞 thank you a management for trying to help.
