The pizza was good, no complaints about that. My issue is not only is there a tip request when paying online (for carry out), but there's another tip request on the sales slip you have to sign when picking up the pizza.

All 3 stars are for the pizza alone. It was good. This location is terrible. We had interactions with 3 employees and not a single on was good. Greeted at the front door not with a hello, but just asking if there were 2 of us and walking off. A server stopped and once again no hello, just what do you want to drink. She acted bothered to have a table. Finally, another server came over about 10 minutes later to take our order. It baffles me that people who work for tips dont have the sense to be nice. You woukd make so much more money. Love Minsky's, but will never come to this hot mess, dirty mop water smelling location.

Worst Minsky's location by far. I've ordered from plenty of other locations but this location delivers a sub par product that is missing toppings. I ordered a Tostada pizza and didn't get any sour cream and the rest of the toppings were sparse.

I was sent bad sauce to dip my food in. Literally rancid. The cheese sticks were just bread with melted cheese on top. Nothing was toasted at all. The pepperoni tasted awful. The best tasting thing was the deep fried ravioli EXCEPT there was no sauce to dip it in and 8 pieces were almost $13. WOW. How in the world do you get your money back for that kind of disaster. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a medium Combo for take out at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and the restaurant closes at 10pm. My pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I was a little nervous ordering so late, but they disappoint. The restaurant appeared to be clean from the pick up counter and the waitress was friendly.

Need more staff

This is our go-to pizza place for every occasion. We normally carry out, but we also enjoy eating pizza in the bar area and watching a game. The staff is wonderful and the pizza is great. Give this family owned pizza joint a try. You will love it.

Mediocre service. Long wait for food. No refills. Chicken Alfredo tastes microwaved and watered down. Really neat place aesthetically.
