Fantastic pizza

Got the father's day BBQ pizza special to go. The meat was literally half of what they advertise in the pictures. Flavor was good, but crust was super thick and undercooked, literally white on the bottom, and a very thin layer of cheese. Basically you're getting thick undercooked pizza crust with a tiny bit of cheese and meat for $25. First time here, probably won't try again.

We have never had Minskys pizza before- after the suggestion of my daughter we decided to dine in on Memorial Day. We called to check the hours and were told not to forget to forget to ask for the coupon 20% discount. We arrived and there was no other people in the restaurant. We ordered our Appetizer and Pizza. We were never checked on - never asked if we wanted anymore water. 45 min later our appetizer arrived at our table. We then waited an additional 20 min and still no pizza. We had our 5 month old grandbaby and the 1 hr wait was getting too long for her. We finally asked the server if it was gonna be long- she came back by to seat someone else and said they were still waiting for the pizza. At that time we decided to just take the pizza to go. The server then came over and apologized and said she was cooking and serving and was an hour and half back on Togo orders. I totally understand being busy and where I think they were lacking was in the communication. They could have told us about the wait and we would have likely went somewhere else.
Shame on the management for putting the workers in that position. Knowing you have a coupon for 20% off you should expect a lot of business. There was poor planning on their part.
After coming home and eating our pizza it was not close to done on the bottom - completely white - no golden color. I think it was rushed through the pizza oven to appease us. This was probably the last time we visit this location. My daughter swears the food and service are better at the location near them in Lenexa.
The one positive was the Alfredo Rolls we got were delicious. 😋

Have to be patient to get your food. But, I had a sandwich and it was very good. My seat in the booth where I was seated was badly torn up and I was glad that I had jeans on instead of shorts. I'm sure it would have hurt my legs!!

Lots of space to eat as a group. We had 10 and didn’t have to worry about bumping elbows with each other.
We live in Blue Springs and love Minsky’s pizza but the one here is dated a bit. But the good am is still good. This location is a great place but still with the great food! We’ll be back!

Went with a small group for a birthday party and they told us that it would be difficult to accommodate our party. It was 11 am and no one else was there. Found a fly in one of our salads. We used to really like this place, but it has gone downhill. My dad found a hair in his carry out pizza recently as well.

This is maybe the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We came here with a group on Friday, before the normal dinner rush. We were trying to eat quickly before we all went to a game. Thinking two hours was plenty of time to get pizza and get to our game on time, apparently we were wrong. We order our food, wait for a while with no sign of our waitress. Someone from the back keeps bring out tons of pizzas and setting them by the door for carry out orders. We keep waiting. Over an hour passes, still nothing. We go ask the lady at the front (since we can’t find our waitress anywhere) if our food is almost ready, she looks right at us then completely ignores us to help someone else there for their carry out. We waited well over an hour and not a single table dining in had any food the entire time we were there. They were only serving carry out orders. I’ve never in my life left a restaurant under these kinds of circumstances, but this place is terrible.

Horribly managed. The wait staff is trying very hard, but they are severely understaffed. I feel horrible for them to be put in the position they are. The management needs to figure it out and close the place down or hire some help. Was sat down this evening with many open tables in the restaurant. There was still an hour way to get food.

Best pizza I have ever had! The sauce is sooo good. The cheese was thick and gooey.

I recently visited Minsky's Pizza with my family of 10. Our waitress was prompt and friendly, but the food quality was just okay. Unfortunately, my experience was severely impacted by the poor cleanliness of the facility.

As I walked to the restroom, I noticed numerous unclean tables, including the rental event space, which appeared to have been left unclean
from a party the night before. The condiment storage area was also concerning, with cleaning chemicals sitting next to ketchup and parmesan cheese.

The restrooms were particularly alarming. The women's restroom had no toilet paper, a broken paper towel machine, and an overall uncleanliness. The men's restroom was even worse, with a strong smell of urine outside the door. Which I found out why because my husband used the restroom and said the floor was covered in pee. It was almost impossible to not step in any.

When my husband reported the condition of the men's restroom to the staff, the response was disappointing. The young lady at the front counter seemed unconcerned, continuing to play on her phone without notifying anyone or taking action.

Given the poor cleanliness of the restrooms and dining area, I question the cleanliness of the kitchen and whether servers are washing their hands regularly. I do not recommend this facility.

Recommended dishes: Meat Pizza

Pizza is good, but I don't like the setup of the restaurant or parking lot. The handicap parking is by the side of the building, away from the doors, and the lot is not very well lit. The carryout parking is right up front. I get they have a lot of carryout orders, but it's not very convenient for handicap or elderly to be parking around the corner. Also, because the carryout is right out front, when people park to come in and leave their cars running, their headlights shine right in your eyes, over and over, the whole time you're eating. I like minskys, but i would not recommend this particular restaurant if you have elderly or disabled family members who have difficulty walking very far

Love the gluten free options

The food was good but I don't think anyone knows what's going on there very unorganized seemed very chaotic
