Great pizza joint, great staff!!!Update 10-28-2023:We really enjoy visiting this location because the food quality is always great. However, housekeeping has kinda gone downhill some. The women's AND men's restrooms were not very clean, broken soap dispensers and a wet roll of paper towels to dry your hands sitting loosely on a little table. The dining tables felt sticky and the floors were dirty. Not sure what happened here since our last visit. Kind of a bummer, WAS a nice restaurant at one time.

I’m serious when I say this. I love pizza. Even bad pizza, I will still eat. However, I couldn’t take more than 2 bites and having to spit the 2nd one out. My wife did the same. This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Not even joking. The top was burnt, but the crust was like literal sandwich bread. Never experienced this before. It was like they took a frozen precooked pizza crust and thawed it, put the toppings on it, then heated it up. What makes it worse is the price, the service, and the 48 min wait with an infant baby for a takeout pizza. We came in and waited almost 10 minutes to get help. Eventually we went to the receptionist and asked for help. She said she would send someone. Took another 6 more minutes after that. The bartender came in and out of the room 3 times and didn’t even tell us it would be a second or apologize. Then, I timed it as soon as we ordered and it took 32 minutes to bring it out. We’ve been excited to try this place since we moved here since we’ve heard that it’s a staple in the community and has been around for a long time.

Minsky's has great pizza a true kc classic. Lee's Summit Minsky's service is snarky and the quality is sub-par in relation to other locations. Eat Minsky's but not Lee Summit.

Overall the quality of is great. The drivers that deliver food does an excellent job. Cori the manager when is works things move very smoothly meaning the quality of food service excellent. Now here’s the problem you order sauce for sandwiches or salads and you don’t receive it you call to get a credit all of sudden you got an attitude. Wrong answer you apologize and provide the customer with the credit and manager who ever she was loose the attitude. I would not recommend this location until you treat your customers better. It not the driver responsibility to look over the food to make sure everything is in the order that is a food safety concern. If the owner see this rating please improve your food service. When Kori manager there things are done right
Have been getting food delivered a few times and honestly it's always amazing with faster delivery time than estimated.It's the little things like remembering a fork even when I forgot to ask for one and the gluten free option is a huge plus!

We are about to stop coming to this location solely because of the front desk lady. We keep coming back and honestly regret it everytime. The only reason we have come back is to see our favorite server on the weekend. She’s always been so nice to us, talks to us with a smile and she’s just a total sweetheart. But the black girl up front is so rude while she seats us, like it’s a problem we come in… the issue is not just when we come in but when we have CALLED too . I recognize her voice and I know she’s the one who hangs up on us when we call to place delivery. I’ve heard her be rude to other customers too when we’ve been waiting for a pickup. How can minskys stand to have someone like this at the front desk? She has the absolute WORST attitude I’ve ever witnessed in an human being and I understand it is a restaurant but she’s so far from professional. Shame minksys would allow someone who behaves this way to work for them

Restroom was filthy and lacked adequate supplies. Urine on floor as well as used paper towels. Ordered sweet tea, was informed they only have unsweetened. When server brought drinks, didn't offer sugar nor sweetener. Had to get her attention again to ask for seeetner.Felt rushed, as server came by and asked if we needed a box about 10 minutes after bringing food. Pizza was good.
