This is one of the singular best places to get quality sushi in the entire Midwest. My girlfriend and I very regularly go here for our dinner dates. Every roll we have had is perfect and the staff are amazingly friendly and sweet.

BEWARE* First time here. Showed up for my partners birthday. I get up make a reservation, said for 7 o’clock. I waited until 7:10 and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then waited another half an hour never called. I go up to them and ask then finally say “we have table” and waited another 15 minutes. We got up and left, no apologizes or anything for making us wait. The kicker was we saw everyone leave that got sat when we were getting checked in. DO BETTER

Don’t walk to this place! Run to Mint Sushi! What an absolutely amazing experience! We ordered sushi for dinner, and I saw that this restaurant had some different curry options on their menu. I love curry! So my thought process was, I would order some for lunch, for the next day! One of the owners came out and just wanted to make sure that I understood their curry was a little bit different than other Asian restaurants. Then she brought me the curry sauces to taste, And what I can assure anyone who’s reading this review…the curry at Mint Sushi is ridiculously good! I don’t care if they specialize in sushi, the curry here is absolutely amazing! Don’t give me wrong, the sushi was fantastic, as well! Honestly, everything was great! We had crab Rangoon, spring rolls & soup! I didn’t hear one thing, from anyone, in our party that was critical! Everyone loved the food!

Service was good. Sushi was below average. Tuna rolls were about half the size I am use to, Sashimi quality was edible but served in what I suppose was artful. Sashimi was very small helping. Price was way above higher quality sushi places I frequent. Eclectic menu, Hibachi, Thai curry and tempora. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for sushi.

I love the sushi but wish there was quiet music to make it feel easier to chat without it being awkward. Also, I liked our server for the most part but didn't like that he brought over the check before seeing if we wanted anything else.

If the crab is imitation, say that on the menu, and let that reflect on the price. So much imitation crab. Very disappointing. Not sure why this restaurant has such great reviews. First time disappointed by sushi. Too much cream cheese, too.
