I cannot thank My Play Cafe enough for such a wonderful time hosting my daughter’s first birthday! From the booking process, to setup, during and cleanup of the party - EVERYTHING was a breeze. Our party hosts, Ava & Quinn, were incredibly kind, ensured all needs were met, and kept us on a great timeline ensuring we didn’t miss anything. They were so eager to help, treated our guests wonderfully, and made sure I could relax and just enjoy being mom for the day. We truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for a stress free + enjoyable birthday party!
Awesome place. We visited for the first time this week and my kids played for 2.5 hours non stop. Everything was clean when we arrived and also cleaned during our time there. The employees (shout out Jessica C.) were polite, fun, and made delicious coffee and avocado toast. We will definitely return.
Best place for a first birthday party! The hosts were sooooo helpful with set up, taking care of our guests, and clean up. Communication prior & during the party were great. The space was very clean and ready to go for our party! My son had an absolute blast!
Very nice place to bring a friend and our kiddos.
Awesome place for parents with kids 6 and under. The staff is kind and the environment is safe and clean for kids to play on their own.

This play cafe needs an update. Outdated toys and unclean space. Of course, littles will be entertained because it’s different than our toys at home, but I’d probably spend my money elsewhere.

The atmosphere was very nice and clean. We had a great time there. The food was overly priced and I was not impressed at all. Also, I thought I left something there during our visit, so I tried calling two different days throughout different times of the day and they never answered or called me back when I left a voicemail. I had to contact another store to even get help. The sweet girl at the Northland store even texted the owner. No callback. So then I went to the store, that was over 30 minutes away from my house, and they were not very attentive or helpful. Completely blew me off. The customer service here was extremely unprofessional and rude. They could have easily called me back or texted me. This alone makes me not want to come back.

MyPlay is such a well-run, safe place for families. The owners provide a calm environment with great cafe options, toys and entertainment for children, and a knowledgeable staff. They are active in the community and continue to provide a great place for mom-meetups, relief from cooped-up kids at home, and a fun place for family events.

Yikes! If you have a child who is just crawling, I wouldn’t waste your money here. I understand that it’s a tiny area because they can’t really move much but the toys were dirty and half of them didn’t have all the pieces (I even asked a staff member and she kind of shrugged her shoulders). Just felt like a waste of time and money. I can’t attest to the older area, seemed like it was controlled chaos. This is a great concept, but does need some work.

Took my 20 month old grandson and he had a great time. I had a coffee and it was very good, they use messenger coffee!

Felt like the play area was an afterthought to the café. Vinyl floors that only had foam tiles on parts of the floor which made it feel like I couldn't leave my 11 month old to explore much on his own.
Needs a good clean. Dirt and debris in every corner and crevice even though shoes aren't allowed in the play area. Most of the toys were worn in a way I wasn't expecting.
I did appreciate that there were couches and comfortable seating in the play area for adults. I might feel different if my child were a little older, closer to 3-6.
Great place for toddlers to play. Very small place with limited seating for adults.
