My dad and I had never been here and gave it a try just after Father’s Day. Really glad we did! Cinnamon rolls are mouthwatering. Skillets were fantastic. Service was spot on. Atmosphere is unique in a good way.

The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The sausage gravy on their biscuits was the best I have ever had. They are known for their cinnamon rolls, and deservedly so. Generous portion sizes as well.

This has become our new favorite family breakfast establishment! We love the friendly service and of course the cinnamon rolls! Yummmm! If there's a line, no worries, it's worth the wait. We come here at least twice a month, they are family friendly and have such a cozy atmosphere. Great place and delicious food. Order some rolls to go.

My favorite biscuits and gravy in the KC area. That is, until they changed owners and completely changed the menu. The gravy is terrible and tastes like it’s from a can, the food isn’t hot, and the service is slow. What once was my favorite local diner has now been ruined. So disappointed.

I'm really loving the new management! Same recipe cinnamon rolls but they are WARMED UP when they are brought to the table! Fantastic food, atmosphere is great, though it would be nice if an extra door or external breezeway was somehow added to keep the wind and chill out of the first dining room. Servers are extremely attentive, the few times my coffee gets cold is when they are beyond busy (which I get and am not worried about). I've exclusively had breakfast, no matter what time of day I arrive. I do the Country Fried Steak breakfast platter, exceptional. You can tell they make it in house, it's not a frozen thing. Expect $15-20/pp. When I dine alone it's just over $20 with tip. It can be hard to find parking depending on what time of day you go, but that's to be expected. Always a great time at Neighbors, can't recommend enough!

We stopped by here for breakfast after seeing all the positive reviews. I can say with certainty that all the glowing praise was earned. Our server Michelle was absolutely outstanding, she is the best server I've ever had at any establishment. The food was good and fast. I will say the cheese wasn't melted on my pulled pork grilled cheese, but they more than made up for it with the service and cozy feels. We will be keeping this place in mind anytime we want to go out somewhere with that relaxing atmosphere.
