My experience was okay, but not great. When I arrived to pick up my order, no one greeted me. I noticed my smoothie was sitting in the cooler, but it was sticky and leaking from the sides, which got on my hands. It was strange because the smoothie wasn’t even filled to the top, so the mess must have happened while it was being poured up. I had to grab some napkins to clean it off before I could leave. Even then, no one acknowledged me the entire time. There were two other customers...

The store will not take constructive feedback. They need larger straws for their thick smoothies. I implore you to try and drink a chocolate peanut butter smoothies w/ PB drizzle with one of their straws. It is impossible! Please get larger straws.

After you have had a Nekter Smoothie, it makes it hard to go back to the Ice Smoothie chains. Nectar uses frozen fruit to give their smoothies the frozen taste. No water or ice. While it is more expensive, you won't feel cheated
