Nothing Bundt Cakes

We picked up our cake on Friday, kept it in fridge until Saturday party. No one could believe how moist and delicious it was. Way to go, N.B.C.!! Yum

I’ve made it a tradition to bring my kids to buy them bundtlettes on their birthday. They are a little smaller than they’ve been which is understandable. My concern is with the customer service. I remember for years coming in and always being greeted. The employees have always been friendly but the new employees could care less I’m huge on customer service the employees were on the phones and barely even realized we came in. The guy was kind of nice though. And WHEEEEN did they start charging for forks!? That is honestly kind of ghetto to charge $6 for a cake and not even offer a fork and tell me to walk to Mccallisters to get on for free but I digress. As long as my baby is Happy but I guess it’s time to start buying birthday cakes from the grocery stor. It’s a shame this place has lost its sparkle.

Terrible, left my order on front porch, didn't ring doorbell then look how they were when we opened the box.

The quality hasn't changed but I am very disappointed that they have secretly reduced the size. A single serving bundt is noticably smaller than it was pre Covid.

I placed my order online and when I went to pickup it was 2 employees. The line was long and nobody addressed me or the others when we walked in so I said excuse me and the female employee was standing in the doorway making a bow (I assume) instantly got an attitude when I said excuse me. I wasn’t trying to cut the line just needed to know where to stand etc so the other employee was getting orders and answering us customers while she was fidgeting with the bow. Unacceptable. The cake is fine, the price was fine but to be rude is just nasty for no reason!

Wow!! Didn't expect this! Cakes are definitely smaller! They use to fill the container....Prices go up & quantity goes down! Truly disappointing!

Don’t care about employees and only want to make a profit.

Kind of disappointing and rude, I skipped buying from here and went to Target instead.**UPDATE**I wanted to make an update to my previous review - I have been back to this location about 5 times and they have really been much more welcoming! The confetti cakes are a staple now at every birthday party my family has. The location is convenient and it is super easy to make an online order. Thank you for listening to the customers and improving, I will keep coming back for sure!

I came up to this store tonight, didn’t realize they close at 7pm. I got out the car at 6:59 and they lady looked at me locked the door and walked away. Wow, I get it.. but it was my mom bday and I just needed one small cake. The way it was done was so malicious. 0/10

Awesome cakes. Strawberry is the best flavor!

Stopped into this wonderful shop while doing a door dash. What a treat! It took them a few minutes to get the cakes and the order ready, so I had the time to look around the shop. Check out the pictures and see for yourself. It's done up really nice, and the cakes just look fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful so they get 5 stars too! If you're looking for a treat or something sweet, stop by here!

Love their cakes so much but how do you eat it when they do not provide silverware! We want to enjoy our sweet treat while shopping but not with our hands. Now our icing is melting as we attempt to find a way to eat this with a fork from a fast food place. We do not live close so how could anyone eat the cake right away. Poor business planning here! Buy some plastic silverware and help your customers to eat!

Very disappointed in the size of the cake same price but it is so much smaller almost not worth it anymore
