Two of the three kiosks didn't work. Over half of our order was wrong but they corrected it. Not a busy time of day but several dirty tables. Staff behind the register were nice but the guy in the kitchen acted like we didn't know the difference between a frozen lemonade and a regular one.

I went to Panera Bread this morning and accidentally placed my order through the app at the wrong location. Totally my faultI should have been paying closer attention. When I got to the store, Alexis went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I got my order without having to drive all the way to the other location, and she handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. Alexis truly turned my mistake into a positive experience. We need more people like her, she made my day so much easier, and I’m really grateful for her help!

Took over 30mins to get our food. When we asked what’s taking so long they said the drive through was really busy like that’s what they were concentrating on. Then when we did get our food the avocados were completely rotten. Tried to eat it. They were so bad that I couldn’t take more than two bites so it took it back up and showed them how rotten it was. They said they’d make us a new sandwich which they did.

The remodeled Panera definitely is a step up from the older one. Very welcoming and convenient that it has a drive thru now.
I will note that recently their breakfast sandwiches appear to have less eggs on them. Not sure if the prices are too high or something, but there's almost more bacon than egg on them now!
