I would give this 0 stars if I could. I received the wrong order and when I called to make it right, was yelled at and hung up on. When I went in to the store after being hung up on by manager James, I was yelled at and cursed at and was told he’s having a bad day and that I could only get a new order if I paid for it. Crappy pizza crappy service!!! Don’t eat there.

I have been waiting for a response from my formal complaint to corporate. I have been customer for this location for over 2 years. Last month I got pizza and had fly in it. I know the folks are really nice and probably just was a mistake which happens with anyone. The problem was when I escalated the situation through corporate website, no one has yet responded to the complaint, which is very disappointing.
Would be nice if the lobby had chairs for customers while we waited

they are cool the manager corrected the issue and it wasn't all bad it was just the size but he gave me a new pizza but I got it with tomato sauce on it I appreciate that he tried to fix the issue and his name is Eric and I thank you for trying to fix the issue he didn't have to do it
Well this location used to be good. Ordered online and picked up our food. Got home only to find they put the wrong pizza in the box. The sticker was correct but the pizza wasn't. Called and spoke to a "manager" who said they'd call me back but never did. My wife went to pick up the pizza but was told "they couldn't find it". Then called back and said they found it and they couldn't refund any money because it was zeroed out in their system. Avoid this location at all costs.
