I can’t remember a time that I have been to any franchise and have been so impressed with the staff as I was here tonight. Is 19 November, 2025 and whoever was working at 8:55 PM deserves a raise. That guy was in there all by himself, handling orders, polite, factual in his timeline, and my pizza was great. Great job to whomever hired the person working today.

The part of the crust that the toppings are on was so flimsy on both pizzas. On the Canadian bacon and pineapple, there was hardly any pineapple and not a lot of bacon. On the hamburger and onion with mushrooms, there was only a couple of chunks of hamburger on each slice of pizza, not a lot of onions or mushrooms. The time frame that was given to us that they would be delivered was between like 7:15-7:25. Instead they were delivered to us at 6:43 when we had submitted the order at 6:23. Also the pizza was not really hot. So it's like as soon as you guys got the order you made it with the minuscule amount of the toppings we needed and put on there. Worst experience I have ever had from Papa John's, especially this location.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I received the wrong order and when I called to make it right, was yelled at and hung up on. When I went in to the store after being hung up on by manager James, I was yelled at and cursed at and was told he’s having a bad day and that I could only get a new order if I paid for it. Crappy pizza crappy service!!! Don’t eat there.

Terrible service, I came tonight tonight December 16 and the one who attends simply ignores me for not speaking English and wanting to pay with about 100.
I have been waiting for a response from my formal complaint to corporate. I have been customer for this location for over 2 years. Last month I got pizza and had fly in it. I know the folks are really nice and probably just was a mistake which happens with anyone. The problem was when I escalated the situation through corporate website, no one has yet responded to the complaint, which is very disappointing.
