We've been coming to this store for quite a while, and have always been impressed with the young staff and friendliness. However, this has changed drastically with an employee named Owen. He obviously hates being there. We've seen him mistreat his coworkers and customers alike. And whatever you do, do not go in an hour before closing. Owen is not happy with making pizzas an hour before closing.

Just feedback. I tried to pay my bill with a $50 bill and was informed to use nothing higher than a $20. With inflation, a fifty is the new twenty. The counterfeit argument is not valid. Any size bill can be duplicated. Had to use credit card which costs your store 3% anyway and is a pain sometimes.

I ordered online, which is easy and great. I still find it absolutely annoying that they automatically add a tip to your bill, thus 4 stars for acting as though I am obligated to tip. I was in the pizza industry for 24 years, and hardly ever were CSRs (insiders) tipped. I tip because I want to, it should not be set as a default when trying to pay. As for the pizza, it was fine and made as requested. Still not too enthused about the 5-Cheese Bread, I've tried it a few times and no matter how I attempt to cook it, the edges/crust rise way too much and the cheese gets center-loaded. I have also tried it enough times to come to the conclusion (in my opinion) that it really does not taste that good. I've never had a bad pizza from PM and in fact, Papa Murphy's has some of the best crust I think. I will continue to purchase their pizza products.
