Pearl Tavern never disappoints!
The food is always fresh, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect whether you’re grabbing a casual dinner or celebrating something special. The oysters, seafood (and non seafood) dishes, and cocktails are always spot-on. So grateful to have a place like this in Lee’s Summit — highly recommend!

I went to Pearl's on Sunday, 7/29 /25, for their shrimp boil entree. The meal was $15. Very filling. Plenty of jumbo shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage. While I was there, I observed an older gentleman asking to speak to a manager. When the manager, Sarah, came out, the customer started fussing at her, saying how long he waited for his meai and bashing the server and going on and on. Ms. Sarah apologized over again as the meal was being brought to the table. The customer he didn't want the and that he was leaving. Sarah offered to comp the meal and make the meal to go. That wasn't good enough. Sarah did everything she could to make the customer happy, but it was not good enough. Sarah handled the upset customer very well. There are some people who can't be pleased no matter what you do. Good job, Sarah !

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I had the seafood boil and it was cooked perfectly! The crab came out whole every time. I had the s’mores pie for dessert and it was the best pie I’ve ever had. The cocktails are also delicious and you can’t beat their happy hour prices.

The 6 PEI oysters were awesome. I've been searching for that same quality taste since I experienced excellent oysters in Copenhagen years ago. A 2 Crab cake appetizer finished out the meal.

Great place for a meet up with friends! I’m always suspicious of seafood in the Midwest but this place knocked it out of the park. Hushpuppies had me reminiscing, manhattan was good. Had the blackened corvina and it was delicious with the mashed potatoes. We skipped dessert cause we were full but their pies looked yummy. Our waitress recommended great choices as well as the wine. Tables were close to one another but you can still talk to people without any problems.

Wow!! The food, service, atmosphere, and everything is great at this restaurant. It's a seafood place, so I ordered the shrimp platter, and the biggest, best tasting shrimp came out. The whole meal was great right down to their key lime pie. Make sure you make a reservation because this place is busy and for a good reason. The food is phenomenal.
