I’ve been a couple times now and it’s the very best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. They do an amazing job at this location.

i’ve ordered from here multiple different ways on multiple different kind of days at different times and every single time it’s always fantastic! i’ve spoken with who i think is the gm a couple times as well and she’s always been very kind! everything has been on time, correctly made and hot on arrival/pickup.

Ordered online from this Hollywood Blvd Lees Summit location on January 10, 2025. Food was late, cold, missing item, and pizza made incorrectly. Called to get refund on missing item, placed on hold for 35 minutes and forgotten about. Called back and was treated with appalling customer service. Never received my refund. This location has never given me any issues until tonight. I recommend getting new staff member as the lady that answered my call is rude, unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her job.

Why I chose Pizza Hut last night, I don’t know. My driver took one look at my yard sign for presidential candidates and proceeded to tell me a story he had heard that I won’t repeat. Didn’t tip you for your opinions buddy, and I don’t think I’ve ever paid so much for mediocre pizza. Do not recommend, will not return.

Just had to go back and get drinks that were not given to my daughter when she picked up my sister's order. My sister asked my daughter to go get her order from Pizza Hut. She didn't think to tell her about the drinks because she though they should be able to give her the complete order when she arrived. They didn't, and the girl at the counter told me, "well, she could have gotten them." Not if she didn't know they were on the order. It was your responsibility to at least say hey you can grab your drinks from the refrigerator. Now, this is also the same store I went to as a door dasher yesterday. They gave me the wrong order. Thank goodness I realized it before I left. I was only picking up one pizza for my customer. They gave me two, along with two orders of breadsticks and one other item. I was like, I only see one pizza on my end. Am I missing something? Oh no, sorry. It's definitely you all, not the customer with the screw ups. At least don't be rude when you are corrected. (That is meant for the girl tonight) Last night, the lady thanked me for catching it.

Ordered delivery. I am less than 5 minutes away but my food was 20 minutes later than estimated. Order # 103 on 6/7/24
Status said it was out for delivery almoat 35 minutes.

Recently moved to the area. We were craving Wing Stop but didn’t want to go on the other side of town so we thought we would give Pizza Huts wings & fries a try. Huge mistake! Wings were just ok and dipping sauce was not included. The fries were way over seasoned & $4.99. We figured at that price we could share them like we do Wing Stops. Not the case. Huge ripoff for the amount we received. Super disappointing and do not plan to return!!

Very friendly staff and food was hot and ready on pickup.
This is a pick-up only location, so ambiance is practically their lowest priority. It’s clean and has close parking at least. The race to the bottom has killed all the big chains. Their food is no better than frozen. I can still make a better pizza at home for the same price. I miss when Pizza Hut was cravably good.
Parking: Parking is close and if somehow all spits are taken there are large adjacent parking lots.
Food showed up a half our late to their expected time they sent me. When it arrived it was cold and missing items.I called the delivery driver and he said the store was busy and he couldn’t do anything to fix it.I called the store 15 times but never any answer. Extremely disappointed and hate that I chose Pizza Hut for dinner last night…

We recently moved nearby and have had their pizza a few times. It's always fresh, hot, and delicious! I hadn't had pizza hut in over a decade bc I remember it not being very good. We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered it on moving day and will keep coming back.
