We order from this location a lot, more times than not something is wrong with our order. Wrong crust, wrong toppings, missing toppings you name it. Ordered today and our pizza came with the wrong toppings so I called the store and was transferred to customer service who then transferred me to the store. I agreed to have the pizza remade and redelivered, but that was 2 hours ago and I’ve received nothing. I’m done with this place. Don’t waste your money here when there are so many other pizza places around.

The manager, Tamia (or however her name is spelled), was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken with. Because of her attitude, I’ll never order from Pizza Hut again. It’s no surprise the company is struggling — with management like this, they won’t last much longer.

I’m not quite sure why this location even offers delivery. They quote you 30 minutes for delivery but they dont have enough drivers to get it there by the time they quote you. After 45 minutes of waiting I called the store and was told that the driver had been out for over 40 minutes but would hopefully be back in maybe 10 to pick up my order and get it to me. But to call back if it was not here in 20 minutes. She then had to give the order over to Door Dash instead. So I waited an hour once again for a cold pizza to be delivered to my house from this location. If I decide to give them my business again I will definitely be picking it up myself.

i’ve ordered from here multiple different ways on multiple different kind of days at different times and every single time it’s always fantastic! i’ve spoken with who i think is the gm a couple times as well and she’s always been very kind! everything has been on time, correctly made and hot on arrival/pickup.

Ordered online from this Hollywood Blvd Lees Summit location on January 10, 2025. Food was late, cold, missing item, and pizza made incorrectly. Called to get refund on missing item, placed on hold for 35 minutes and forgotten about. Called back and was treated with appalling customer service. Never received my refund. This location has never given me any issues until tonight. I recommend getting new staff member as the lady that answered my call is rude, unprofessional and doesn't know how to do her job.
Why I chose Pizza Hut last night, I don’t know. My driver took one look at my yard sign for presidential candidates and proceeded to tell me a story he had heard that I won’t repeat. Didn’t tip you for your opinions buddy, and I don’t think I’ve ever paid so much for mediocre pizza. Do not recommend, will not return.

Just had to go back and get drinks that were not given to my daughter when she picked up my sister's order. My sister asked my daughter to go get her order from Pizza Hut. She didn't think to tell her about the drinks because she though they should be able to give her the complete order when she arrived. They didn't, and the girl at the counter told me, "well, she could have gotten them." Not if she didn't know they were on the order. It was your responsibility to at least say hey you can grab your drinks from the refrigerator. Now, this is also the same store I went to as a door dasher yesterday. They gave me the wrong order. Thank goodness I realized it before I left. I was only picking up one pizza for my customer. They gave me two, along with two orders of breadsticks and one other item. I was like, I only see one pizza on my end. Am I missing something? Oh no, sorry. It's definitely you all, not the customer with the screw ups. At least don't be rude when you are corrected. (That is meant for the girl tonight) Last night, the lady thanked me for catching it.
