Ordered online for pick up. Got the Hut deal with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings. Got my order at the drive thru window and when I got home, there were no wings with the order. Also ordered my pizzas with extra sauce, and there was very little sauce on them even for regular sauce, much less extra. I called back to the store to advise them I didn't get the wings. They of course said would you like to come back and get them. No I don't want to get out and drive back to the store to get my order while my pizza gets cold - ridiculous!! They said they would credit my account and hung up. No apology for the inconvenience or anything like that. I still have not received a credit back on my card. I've sent 3 emails now and no action has been taken in 5 days. Guess I will not visit this location again, the service is TERRIBLE!

I ordered a pizza and there is clearly not cheese on a border on the outside to where it should be to the edge crust and in spots it was just bottom bread. I called to ask what could be done about the order and the lady on phone was very rude to me, made me feel like a liar, she stated that she did it herself and it was correctly done so she had no idea what I was talking about and that it was in fact correctly done. Also my order was with extra cheese so a lack of it shouldn’t be a problem in the first place!
I would never speak to somebody like that working in customer service and I probably would get fired if I talk to a customer like that. I wish I knew her name so I could leave it in this review however she only answered The phone with a hello, Pizza Hut. ( edit to add I called back and her name was Natalia)
For reference, I will be attaching pictures to what a Pizza Hut pizza should look like versus what mine looked like circled with where cheese was and was not.

I tipped 20 percent. After I clicked that I literally watched my tip amount change to a dollar more than what it said the 20 percent was. Robbery. Pay attention I bet it happens every time

Pizza and wings both over cooked. Minimal cheese on pizza. No one acknowledged me at the drive through window until I knocked. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and never had such a bad experience.

Walked in and the only person I saw there (we locked eyes) and I said hey though was ignored Okay no worries, though a completely different employee helped me kinda? They spoke very quietly which is a miss when your store is so loud. Maybe I saw a ghost employee when I came in.. lets be honest though we all lose our souls at Pizza Hut.

Tonight my family and I was fit to be tied. We decided to order pizza and go pick it up. I always give a tip. Tonight my order was wrong so I called them and explained it was wrong. They said to me that my pizza was still which was odd because she handed me 2 when I picked them up. When I arrived shortly because I am not far. She saw me and didn't say she was sorry or nothing she said oh it's you they are making it it's in the oven and she slammed the window and walked away. My thinking was how are you making it when you said you still had it? 25 minutes later no one came and said sorry for your wait. Would you like a drink etc. She even came back and was texting on her phone. Another employee was behind the counter vaping.she finally came and handed me my pizza. I expressed my concern for the poor customer. She then got even more rude to me and started telling me to put myself in her shoes...I kept trying to talk to her she then said what time is it...sir I have a thousand other things to do right you don't understand. I then said to her who do I need to call since you won't talk to me. She wouldn't let me know who and then she said sir have a nice night and slammed the window in my face again. When I got home my wife was like wth!! I said ikr opened the box and my order was wrong again. I will be going to ask to speak to someone more professional than any of them that was there tonight this all took place on 7/28/24 between 845 and 940. Horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. If she is a shift manager she needs more training. This pizza hut will not get my tips or mo ey again. They even cut it in tiny pieces because they was mad

Children should not be doing their parents job. I'm sorry pizza hut, your pizza is always good, but door dash does not deserve your business. A child walked our delivery to our door. Not cool. Donut bites were almost $8 and they have no flavor.
