The website was not working, so I called the store. Guy was rude and wouldn't take orders. I tried again and then no answer. Customer service is horrible

After two hours of waiting for my order to be delivered, it had to be made again and the wings were just chicken nuggets.

Ordered online for pick up. Got the Hut deal with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and wings. Got my order at the drive thru window and when I got home, there were no wings with the order. Also ordered my pizzas with extra sauce, and there was very little sauce on them even for regular sauce, much less extra. I called back to the store to advise them I didn't get the wings. They of course said would you like to come back and get them. No I don't want to get out and drive back to the store to get my order while my pizza gets cold - ridiculous!! They said they would credit my account and hung up. No apology for the inconvenience or anything like that. I still have not received a credit back on my card. I've sent 3 emails now and no action has been taken in 5 days. Guess I will not visit this location again, the service is TERRIBLE!

I ordered a pizza and there is clearly not cheese on a border on the outside to where it should be to the edge crust and in spots it was just bottom bread. I called to ask what could be done about the order and the lady on phone was very rude to me, made me feel like a liar, she stated that she did it herself and it was correctly done so she had no idea what I was talking about and that it was in fact correctly done. Also my order was with extra cheese so a lack of it shouldn’t be a problem in the first place!
I would never speak to somebody like that working in customer service and I probably would get fired if I talk to a customer like that. I wish I knew her name so I could leave it in this review however she only answered The phone with a hello, Pizza Hut. ( edit to add I called back and her name was Natalia)
For reference, I will be attaching pictures to what a Pizza Hut pizza should look like versus what mine looked like circled with where cheese was and was not.
