I bought a large pizza evergy bit of 2" from the crust there was nothing but sauce. Basically a medium pizza. Talk about skimping.

This place has such great customer service. Last night a delivery driver with his hands full paused to wait & hold the door open for me as I was approaching. I’ve had another guy run pizza out to my car before & take the extra time to secure the pizzas so they wouldn’t slide all over. Maybe it’s the same guy, but I love the attention to detail, extra care & pride in one’s job that you just don’t see much of these days. Made me smile. 😊 Had to pass on the praise. Love this location!

I'm continually surprised that I'm stupid enough to order a pizza from any pizza place in Lee's summit. In particular, this one was one of the worst. The pie wasn't done correctly. It was gooey and not in a great way. It didn't taste crunchy at all. The toppings were pretty decent but unfortunately they weren't done enough and the Seepeppers they put on they put on the wrong kind. They put the green ones on instead of the yellow ones.
Maybe it's because I'm getting old but this pizza was not dinner. It was a trash trip

I entered this location, was not greeted or asked did I need any help. Two workers were in plan sight, one of the gentlemen came to the register where I was standing and did not say..." we will be with you shortly." So I decided to leave , I placed the drink back in their cooler that I was going to purchase and one of the workers YELLED out HEY MAM!!! I turned around and asked him.. why did he yell at me , because you thought I stole the drink. He had the nerve to say Yes...I'm posting this publicly , so that no one else is humiliated for wanting to buy anything from this location. I hope the manager knows what type of customer service is given to the public, with the General Managers name on the front door. They represent you and your business have a talk with your Saturday 2:40 ish shift workers. 7/20/24 occurrence.

Every experience we have had with the Lee's Summit Pizza Hut has been terrible. Every time something is wrong, whether it be that we received food different than what we ordered, food was cold, missing items, items smashed/garbled, looking like it had been dropped several times, order never arrives, can't get a hold of customer service. When we do finally get ahold of someone, it is only through corporate office & they do nothing to offer compensation for the inconveniences caused by the terrible customer service. It makes me really sad how bad this store has gotten. We used to really look forward to ordering pizza.
Ordered contactless curbside. Had to go in and get it. Not usually a big deal, but I had been sick and didn't really want to touch the door or breath on everything I was around.

Parking: Infront of store you know like ik you straight just come up there anything you can think of they will make it ??
