I'm a fan of poke, and wanted a healthier alternative to fast food. QZ did not disappoint. I ordered online, which was easy, and my meal was waiting when I arrived. The medium was large enough that I have lunch for tomorrow. I'll be back.

Do you love sushi?.. Or what about ramen noodles but with different base broths and good veggies? If so, then you must try a Poke / Ramen bowl.
The Poke bowl style is sushi in a bowl. The Ramen Bowl has 4-5 base broths. (My favorite is miso soup broth, or chicken broth) Make sure you check the box for 'wavy noodles' (ramen noodles). Now, add lots of veggies to it. ( Don't forget to add bean sprouts! The crunch makes it even more yummy!)
The bowls are substantially big, two sizes, medium and large, and costs start at $13. The most I've paid for a large bowl, with extras, is $16.25. Don't forget this is a 2+ day meal in one for some / a lot of people.
You Need To Go In if it's your first time!!! Get yourself acquainted with the menu and what you know you like before you start calling in orders. There is so much to choose from. You order through a big, easily seen computer. Just start checking the boxes to add what you like. Everything is step by step so you can see how it's layered - pick your base - rice or no rice, less or more rice will be a couple lines down. Pick your proteins: ahi tuna, crab meat, spicy ahi tuna, tofu, chicken, shrimp (cooked), and a couple more choices.
Medium-sized bowl - pick 2 proteins. Large bowl - pick three! And then begans the many veggies to choose and finally the sauces. Don't eat it without Sriracha mayo! I get extra. It's not really spicy hot, it's delicious, and the shoyu sauce make this to die for. At the end of ordering, and before adding to your cart, you get options for extras of proteins, veggies & sauces. Add sweet onion, tempura flakes and crunchy fried onion is amazing!! I won't eat it without both onions. (Now, talking & reviewing about it makes me want to eat here today, again...?)
This place is so Good!!! Even the kiddos love it! I've eaten the Ramen bowl, which I love, but I can't get enough of the Poke bowl. I eat here, at minimum, once or twice a week. The bowl is so big it takes me 3 days to eat it all. TIP: If you have leftovers like me, refrigerate after, then when ready to eat more, let it set out for about 15- 20mins so it's not so cold. Don't heat it up unless you did cooked meats only.
You take a number, it's on a tall stand, and sit it on your table. In a few minutes a robot with trays in it brings the food to your table! Add you a Boba tea too!
I always get it to go, but dining in is good, too. Enjoy❤️?

First time here. Service was good. You order at a kiosk but they had asked me if I was my first time here, which it was, so they walked me through the menu and gave me recommendations was helpful. The ramen bowl and Thai milk tea were good. I asked for the spicy sauce on the side and did not receive it, but after tasting the ramen I decided I didn’t need it anyways. It wasn’t spicy without it but it had a good flavor.

I’ve been here 3 times recently and had something wrong with my food twice and each time there has not been a manager there to help the problem

Good food, nice staff but they're playing the most profane rap music in here with tons of profanity and it's really awkward when you have kids in here and elderly people

Just a different vibe had a robot bring our meals to us

Food was good but they advertised items that weren't on the menu when we got there. I talked to them about it and they said we will see and didn't modify it and didn't talk to me about it they just gave me the food

Food was awesome! However we asked if we could get an extra bowl so our kids could split the kids bowl(it is a very generous portion) and we were denied because that would not have enough bowls for others….seriously…ok fine we just used Togo containers then. Wife got her bowl and it had wrong protein, and 0 toppings. When wife took it up there and explained that the young lady said that was the kid bowl and wife pointed to table and said no, that’s the other plain bowl on the table. So after an eye roll and the attitude it did come out right. Like i said before i have always enjoyed the food but this was a first dealing with somebody that just needs to be in the back of house and have someone more friendly face and demeanor.

Quality has gone down since last I went here, and it was mid to begin with. Staff member was not very friendly when we had a couple questions about menu items while ordering in the self-checkout kiosk. Restaurant brings food to your table via delivery robot. Both milk tea's we tried had an off-taste, like an ingredient had turned. Sesame balls were good, poke bowl was okay but staff said they didn't eat the poke there which is not a ringing endorsement. I remember their ramen from before, it was middle of the road. They no longer have the make your own cotton candy machine which is a shame. Neat artwork and branding on the walls.

I usually love this place but the people working on 9/13 was the worst customer service ever. The rice was hard so I called back up since I took my food as a to go order, the guy could only say oh sorry. Nothing about next time of anything to make it right. I drove back up and they still struggled to make it right. Once a place is rude they no longer get my service.

Tasteless broth, bad ingredients, and rotten fruit.
I usually love ramen but this was the most disappointing bowl I've ever had... The Pork bone broth was very bland. I even ordered medium spice but there wasn't any spice. I thought the noodle were overdone because they just had a bad texture. Like they were too soft and falling apart... I really didn't like eating the food here. I got a pineapple tea with boba that I thought was pretty good! But when I opened the top to eat the rest of my boba I found a pineapple slice at the bottom. I love pineapple so I immediately popped it in my mouth. I HAD TO IMMEDITELY SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE THE PINEAPPLE SLICE IT WAS ROTTEN. I'm disgusted. I was willing to accept that it was an off day for the ramen but the rotten fruit was not acceptable. It is the next day and I feel sick from it. I dislike confronting managers or staff. But I wanted to write this review so that the management and staff would try to fix some of these issues. Sorry, but I doubt I will ever be a returning customer... The robot waiter was super cool though!

The food is okay, definitely not the greatest around. We were told it was amazing authentic food but we paid over 70.00 for 4 bowles of ramen noodles and 4 drinks.... Definitely not worth it and the flavor wasn't very good. Definitely wont go back

Poke bowl never fails me ??
Always a fun place to bring families as everyone thinks it’s coolest to have robot serve you. The ramen & poke are amazing everything else ok but not grand if you are use to this kind of food.

You walk up to a tablet (once you figure that out) to order, grabbing a number/token and seat yourself. Poke bowl was good size but super saucy, I bet people complained and now they compensate. Very popular for takeout

2nd time dining at QZPR. Food so amazing that I had been craving ever since. Exact same order…FYI: please don’t sub cilantro for parsley. Personally parsley makes me gag, so my meal was not as enjoyable as the first..having to pick parsley out each bite ruins the experience…should I have inspected each ingredient before mixing? Perhaps but shouldn’t have to…
